Diagnosis
The company in discussion, Atlantis Global Corporation, has been facing a number of
issues in the daily operations of the company. The various challenges that are being faced by the
company include the interpersonal respect among the employees as well as the leaders of the
organization. The organization has also been facing issues due to the low levels of the cross-
cultural factors, the lack of the commitment to the employees and in turn the low growth of the
company. The various issues that are being faced by the concerned company might lead to the
lowering of the involvement of the employees, lowering of the morale of the employees as well.
These in turn lead to the high rates of the employee turnover.
In order to get to the root of the problems, every aspect and department of the company
need to be analyzed in a very close manner. The company needs to shed light on the various
departments that are inclusive of the human resource department, the department of the
operations, employees, leadership as well as the management of the company. the concerned
management should make an attempt at identifying the strengths and the weaknesses of the
company in order to make an attempt to strengthen the already strengthened areas within the
company as well as put forth an improvement of the weaknesses that are faced by the company.
The major factor that is responsible for the present condition of the operations of the
company is the fact that the company has been following the autocratic leadership style. The
employees of the company are generally reluctant to serve a company wherein they are not
welcome to share their ideas or have to keep their innovative ideas a secret instead of using them
to help the company to put forth a proper improvement. The autocratic style of leadership within
the company leads to the conditions wherein the employees demonstrate a high rate of turnover

and this is known to pose a huge issue in the matters that are related to the business activities of
the company in the global or the international markets. The company is also observed to have
been lacking the ability to motivate the employees of the organization as well as promote the
teamwork and the unity among the employees of the organization.
The lack of the respect on the part of the organization tends to lead to the lack of the trust
within the employees of the organization. The lack of the respect that is demonstrated by the
leader of the organization tends to lead to the loss of the respect of the leader in the eyes of the
employees of the organization as well. This in turn leads to the lack in the proper operations of
the company as well. The lack of the cross-cultural motivation and operations within the
company also leads to the lack in the awareness of the employees in the global cultural affairs.
This leads to the loneliness and the hostility within the company as well.
Intervention
The company in discussion, Atlantis Global Corporation, is observed to have been
dealing with the massive change issues due to the management of the human capital within the
company. The company might be advised to follow certain interventions in order to take care of
the issues that are being faced by the company in discussion.
A change in the organizational structure – The company might be advised to change to
the democratic structure from the existent autocratic structure. This would help in dealing
with the negativity that is prevalent in the workplace of the organizational employees.
The change of the autocratic structure to the democratic structure would help in the
development of the communication within the workforce of the company thereby leading
to the development of the operations within the organization.

Training the employees on diversity and cultural matters – The implementation of these
trainings would help the employees realize the importance of the cultural factors within
the organization. The training of the employees on the maintenance of the diversity
within the organization would help in the increase of the cultural awareness on the part of
the employees. This training would also help the employees to develop the respect and
the understanding for each other.
Incorporating the personal growth of employees – The growth of the employees helps in
motivating the employees of the organization. This in turn would help in the encouraging
the employees to serve the company in a better manner.
Evaluation
In order to evaluate the progress of the change management plan as has been suggested
for the company in discussion, Atlantis Global Corporation, the concerned management of the
company might be advised to conduct the various surveys within the company. This would help
in the development of the conditions within the company wherein the employees would provide
the proper feedback regarding the concerned management and the leaders of the company. The
company might also be advised to deal with the 360-degree feedbacks in order to evaluate the
services that are provided by the concerned employees of the company including the managers
and the managers of the company.
