Its also illustrates the ways the company has implemented its new management plan to
overcome these issues. The types of risks the company might have to face and the methods of
resolving them are also demonstrated here.
The Change Management Plan and Organisational Culture
Atlantis Global Corporation is a multinational company that excels in the
manufacturing and marketing of electronic circuit boards that are used in TV screens. The
designing centres are situated in the US, but the production is carried out by its subsidiaries.
The company has been facing a lot of challenges in recent years. This includes the low zeal of
the employees towards their work; the employees are losing respect for their colleagues and
so on.
The company has therefore decided to bring a change in its management plan which
would resolve the issues faced by them. The most critical difference brought by the
management of AGC is to increase the retention capacity of the employees who are highly
skilled and efficient, involve new talent in their organisation to promote its growth as well
felicitating the employees with financial incentives which would boost their morale and
would be encouraged to work more (Nagle, 2015).
Better career opportunities will also be provided with constant training support from
time to time. This would increase their efficiency and are likely to get monetary benefits.
Also, it has been planned to make different people work from various departments which
would develop a feeling of unity and shared vision towards the desired goal. The company
also promises to pay the incentives every quarter if their employees continue to work with the
same vigour (Mohammad Arabzad an, 2012).
The company has also decided to launch a Cross training session for its employees.
This training will focus on reducing the costs which is used in training new individuals as the
old employees will undergo these training while rendering their current roles and
responsibilities. Thus, if an employee leaves the job, the existing ones can take over his role
as there are already gained good experience.

of unity, which can be utilised to beat its competitors. Also, as the quality of the
product is degrading, the company might lose its valuable customers. This would lead
to a decrease in sales and profits.
2. The company will also have to face the implementation of new policies set by the
government which will disturb the internal functioning of the company. There are
various communication issues prominent in the company which is degrading the
