Background
SettleInOz is a not-for-profit organization that is based out of Melbourne, Australia and provides

partner with a large & successful commercial law firm, Dr. Gianna Semolina, public health
executive, and Luca, tech entrepreneur have jointly started the organization. The project to be
implemented in the organization is a social enterprise for SettleInOz.
The immigrants in Australia bring with them a number of rural and agricultural skills. These
skills can be utilized and developed to be implemented in the development of certain native
plants and animals for the Australian and overseas markets. The organization desired to develop
a form of farming co-operative and there is extensive research and analysis needed before

conferencing mediums can be used.
Team collaboration and cohesion is extremely necessary for project success. There shall
be organization of discussions and team sessions so that the level of collaboration in the
team enhanced. The success of the project is a team effort and therefore, contribution of
all the resources in the team is needed to make sure that the project success is
achieved(Bourne and Walker, 2010).
There may be various risks that may emerge in the project during the project timeline.
The management of these risks is the responsibility of the Project Manager. However, the
collaboration of the resources and stakeholders is also needed to manage the risks. The
Project Manager shall keep a risk management plan prepared in advance so that the
guidelines to deal with these risks are available. The risk management phases shall
include identification, assessment, evaluation, treatment, and closure.
