The overall structure of the case study is organized as it is able to incorporate both the
quantitative and qualitative data; however, it is not narrowly focused. Although the general
theoretical knowledge has been demonstrated bringing an understanding of the problem and
adding strength to the previous researching, it does not demonstrate a holistic and in-depth
investigation. It is also important to note that the information contained shows an insight of the
problem despite a lack of boundaries. The general aspects of the report are very good although
there are few grammatical errors. Additionally, the report does not demonstrate brevity as it
lacks enough information in most sections. Moreover, the content lacks adequate logic flow, and
therefore does not engage. A good report requires the reader to use the information to answer a

problem and should also be skimmable, which is not the case with this report.
