make optimum use of available resources for betterment of company (Kuiate and Noland, 2019).
So, managers always put efforts in order to hire as well as retain talented individuals for longer
run. There are ample of strategies such as motivation, reward, communication, training &
development and more are used by entities so that they can retain workforce for longer term. It is
also vital to enhance brand image of organization and its overall profit margin. In the current
report, TESCO is taken into consideration that is a well known retain organization of UK. It is
considered as one of the largest supermarket chain within country. It deals in groceries as well as
general merchandise at global level. Currently, company is working within 13 countries globally.
The present report aims to understand the significance of retaining employees for organization. It
