sources used for gathering second-hand piece of information is books, articles, journals,
newspapers etc.
Qualitative and quantitative method: There are mainly two types of research: qualitative
and quantitative research. For the present research project, investigator has selected quantitative
method because it assists in gathering numerical information in shorter period of time. On the
other hand, qualitative method is not selected because it assists in gathering information that is
not present in numerical form (Jayaraman, Talib and Khan, 2018).
