induce the consumers in relation to the activities of the organization. It can be seen that challenge
is concerned with the telecom sector is due to competition level. Competition level in the market
has been enhanced and due to this the overall affect has been seen on the brand image of
organization. Competition level in the telecom sector is so high that it creates issue at the time of
attracting the workers towards the organizational operations. The employees has the various
opportunities in the telecom sector ad due to this it create difficulty for the telecom companies to
attract the workers towards the services (Cloutier, Felusiak, Hill & Pemberton-Jones, 2015).This

said that due to competition level in the company has faced the challenge of retaining the

the workers have been enhanced as due to this the satisfaction level of the employees has been
reduced. Also, one of the reasons behind the challenge relates to attraction and retention of the
workers in which the telecom sector has ineffective planning due to which the company has to

not there then it creates difficulties for the employees to give their best towards the

companies has to suffer from the various issues in relation to retaining and attracting the workers
on the large platform. It is analyzed that by having ineffective flow of communication and also
due to poor language company has failed to boost the communication process among the
workforces within the organizational framework. The top management has been enabled to boost
the coordination with the other employees in organization so the issues related with staffing are
dealt in reference to activities of the company (Haider et al., 2015). If the performance system is
not effective then company fails to enhance the level of motivation and also the challenge is
faced at the time of recognizing the workers who are capable enough in relation to controlling
the organizational operations. This issue has adversely affected the selection method of the
organization.
It is said by Haider et al (2015), that there are many people in the telecom sector who focuses on
the various tools to attract the employees and it always leads to the criticism point for the
organization. It is necessary to create plans in the telecom sector. By emphasizing on the
different methods in organization it would help in attracting the workers towards the overall
goals. They will a focus on working with dedication that will assist in accomplishing the set
goals of organization. In the telecom sector, major role is played by the employees and it is
essential for the organization to work on the various factors and hints that will help in
maintaining employee’s attention level.

implementing the various methods so that workers capability can be maintained but somehow
lack of knowledge is related with decision making of company. To create the plans it is analyzed
that organization challenge is to attract the large audience in the workplace. It is examined that
the major challenge for the individual in the telecom sector is to retain the existing employees.

assist in enhancing the efficiency of the workers. There is a basic need of the positive
environment, as it is necessary for managing the work. The employees who have spent almost
many years are trained and they have proper knowledge of the different traditions and customs
that should be considered by the companies in the telecom sector at the time of managing the
work. The organization in the telecom sector has to emphasize on this factors so that it could be
easy to manage the work (Jiang, Hu, Liu & Lepak, 2017).
The essential challenge that from which the company suffers relates with attracting the
employees in the organization in context to recruitment and selection. It is analyzed that due to
the inadequate resources and capable employees, there are companies who have failed to recruit
the workers who have basic skills and talent. Different telecom sectors that provide the
incentives benefits to the employees, so the efficiency of employees is seen more in the area
where the needs are satisfied (Abernethy, Dekker & SCHULZ, 2015). To earn more money in
comparison to the other telecom sector, the employees focuses on going for the better one as
compared to work on the routine basis. To boost the retention ratio of employees in the company
is one of the challenge jobs for the organizations. It is necessary to have proper understanding in
relation to the overall operations in context to the rules of the organization. If the workers are not
capable to complete the work then it can create difficulty and also it is necessary to accept the
overall demands that are considered.
It can be seen that the issues from which the companies suffer in the telecom sector relates with
the effective management with the employees’ health and wellbeing. Before treating the others
it is necessary for the employees to focus on taking care of their health. One of issues for the
company is here to focus on maintaining the employee’s track record in relation to health status
(Albrecht, Bakker, Gruman, Macey & Saks, 2015). It is necessary to emphasize on creating the
campaigns so that so that handling of the operations can take place in a proper manner. There are
various issues faced by organization at the time of maintaining the good relation with the
employees.
There are different challenges in the telecom sector at the time of attracting and retaining the
workers . The issues takes place at the time of attracting the employees and it create a challenge
for the organizations to welcome the new employees in the workplace. There are many workers
in the company who are not enough qualified so it create difficulty for the company to think

twice before recruiting the employees. The company in the telecom sector has to focus on the
knowledgeable employees who have in-depth understanding of the activities of the company.
This is not possible for the employees to be qualified enough in the specific field and also the
challenge is faced on the international platform (Angrave, Charlwood, Kirkpatrick, Lawrence &
Stuart, 2016).
It is said by Aruna & Anitha (2015), that dilemma also takes place between the different
educational system and experience which is faced by the organizations at the time of retention
and attraction of the employees towards the allocated task. When emphasis is given the new
workers, one of the essential factors is to focus on the confusion in context to education and
experience. It can be seen that there are various uncertainties. According to the present era, there
are many companies who emphasize on the experienced person and also they neglect the talent
that is present in the people (Bedwell, Wildman, DiazGranados, Salazar, Kramer & Salas,
2012).This can be considered as the major problem for the companies and it also impact the
overall growth of the organizations in the telecom sector. The rise in the overall potential of the
employees creates difficulty for the companies to recruit the capable employees. The employee’s
expectation in the recent era is high and they emphasize on fulfilling the needs of the people and
it is examined that this is one of the serious problem faced in the telecom sector.
It is also evaluated that there are companies who faces the challenge at the time of retaining in
the telecom sector. The retention issue can affect the growth and also the market share of the
company. It can be seen that the major problem of retention can also affect the profits and share
market of the organization. One of the problems in the telecom sector is related with the increase
in the demand which also focuses on the high expectations in relation to salary and bonuses. The
overall demand of the employees is high and it creates a complex situation for the company to
coordinate the activities with the workers (Kilroy, Flood, Bosak & Chênevert, 2017).
In the telecom sector, the challenge also focuses on maintaining effectiveness and efficiency of
the organization. It is analyzed that lack of understanding also boost the challenge for the
company and they are not able to emphasize on focusing on the different aspects and also on the
willingness of the people (Berman, Bowman, West & Van Wart, 2019). The problem is also
concerned with the understanding that takes place due to less interaction with the employees.
There is less interaction that takes place between the higher authority and management, so it

creates difficulty for the employees. It can be stated that to hire the workers is also the challenge
that is faced the companies in the telecom sector but the problem is faced at the time of
employee’s retention. The safety and payroll issues are also considered at the time of appointing
and retaining the different applicants on the international platform.
It can be said that it is important for the companies to focus on reducing these challenges so that
growth can be attained in the competitive market. If these issues are resolved then it would be
easy for the companies to compete with the competitors present in the market. In the telecom
sector, it is necessary for the company to focus on the strategy that will help in generating the
interest of the employees. The bonuses and rewards should be offered to the employees so that
their satisfaction level can be enhanced and it will help in maintaining the retention process. It
can be said that the reason also related with the monetary factors in which the employees should
be satisfied as it can help in considering the right direction which is beneficial for attaining
growth and success in the highly competitive market (Kryscynski & Ulrich, 2015).
It can be also investigated that in the telecom sector, motivation is also one of the factor that
should be considered by the higher authority. In the telecom sector, the stress level of the
employees is high so it is important to boost the motivation so that fresh mind can be maintained.
It is necessary for the organization to motivate the employees so that they can conduct the
seminars and conference. If the telecom sector emphasizes on boosting the motivation level then
it would be easy to accomplish the set goals and objectives in the competitive market (Lee, Hom,
Eberly, Junchao (Jason) Li, & Mitchell, 2017).
So, it can be concluded that the overall activities in the telecom sector should be maintained by
creating positive culture and also it is necessary to emphasize on the motivational factors so that
growth can be attained. It can be stated that to boost retain and attract the employees towards the
telecom sector, it is necessary for the management to emphasize on considering the strategies
related to motivation by giving rewards so that it could be easy to create positivity and also it
will assist in retaining the capable employees.
