Professional Experience and Career Progression:
Currently, I am working in Tata Consultancy Services, One of India's Biggest MNC in
Software Services. It has been a 23 months journey in the company post completion of Bachelor
of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. It has been a great journey
learning new things and facing new challenges in the corporate world. For all these months, I
have a fantastic chance of working with European Clients Telenor, Norway and TalkTalk
Telecom, UK. Initially, I had the task of analyzing Client Requirements and prepare Test cases,
and I was surprised to see how beautifully systematic the process was between different
stakeholders. It gave me the Strong insight of using Technical as well as communication skills. I
have learned to communicate with various stakeholders in Offshore as well as Onshore (Client
Location) on reporting and resolving issues. One more thing which I learned was Issue handling
and even got to work 24/7 during critical incidents and saw how people of different hierarchies
work during critical times. I have got in touch with European Work culture and learned few
things from managers onshore. Understood how well IT services can be used in all the fields to
reduce Manual work and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Career Goals:
I have always dreamt of being an Entrepreneur. For being, a Successful Entrepreneur in
any Industry Supply Chain plays a vital role in present days. Functional Skills in Supply Chain
with International Exposure and Work Experience can help me to build a promising career. I
always believe that for one to become a Team Leader/manager firstly, they should be a good
team player. I have been a good team player and would like to upgrade my career with a new set
of skills. Experience I have gained in Software Industry can be an added advantage In Supply
Chain Career
The Motivation for Applying to this Program:
From my college days, I have started observing my father business and found few
interesting things like the role of Supply chain Management at ground level. Lack of efficient
supply chain skills can turn out a good business into a bad one. Learning Supply chain skills like
Procurement Management, Logistics Management, and Warehouse Management, etc. can be
useful. Developing countries like India are more concentrated on the development of

Infrastructure, trading for which New Ports are designed and it has made me think about gaining
Supply chain skills.Coming to the course offered by Audencia Business School in Master of
Science in Supply Chain and Purchase Management was more promising with the Beautifully
designed course. I am Happier take my masters in Institution which was Triple Accredited
(EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA) and also the First Business school in France to get recognition
from United nations for adhering to the UN’s Global Compact and sign the UN’s Principles of
Responsible Management Education. Audencia has Good Recognition in and around Europe and
Strong Industrial tie-ups that will be helpful to get the jobs Post completion of course.
How this Program will help you Achieving your Career Goals:
This program in Supply Chain and Purchasing management will help me in gaining
Strong skills and I can get a lot more from International Exposure. This Program structure was
designed in such a way that Term-1 will let the students understand Fundamentals and Term-2
will give more insights on Core topics. Internship at the end of course will add Practical
knowledge from Industries. In addition, Audencia has dedicated the team of International
Relations and Academic departments to help the students pursue International Career. I wish to
learn French and adapt to the French work culture. Nantes is one of the biggest financial centers
and Nantes Saint-Nazaire Metros holds almost One-Quarter of Agro-Industry Jobs in France
