summarised on analysis which has been carried out on Audley Travels. It is a well-known brand
name in the sector of travel and tourism with an objective of providing finest trip around the
world which depend upon the taste and preference of consumer. Below carried out report focuses
on the benefits that will be derived from tourism sector. Also, it highlights the advantages and
disadvantages of public and private partnership firms in tourism sector.

organization as well as for economy as if services are availed by travellers then there will be a
flow of money which will help the economy to grow and develop.

organization itself so as to attain a strong position in the market. There are a number of results
and outcomes that have been expected by the stakeholders like some social groups, governing

public and private partnership is highly essential for developing a great tourism strategy. Below
mentioned are some of the advantages and disadvantages of public, private and partnership firms
in the above stated economy:-
Advantages
First and foremost advantage is that the public-private and partnership firms provide financial
help to the development and building hotels, amusement parks, telecommunication, recreational
centres, etc. which in turn helps in the development of tourism sector.
The public institutions provide services to population of economy so as to bring an increase in
their standard of living and income level. Along with that, with increase in the income level, the
tourism industry will grow by earning higher profits.
By implementing tax policies as per the convenience of citizens, government of Brazil helps
them as there will be a proper flow of money in economy and this will help the governing
bodies to make necessary developments.
Disadvantages
As the private company is owned by private bodies, there is less interference of government

There are three main levels of tourism planning which comprises of following phases which are
mentioned below and the same can be put to use for Audley tours:

has been increasing in the sector of travel and tourism with an increase in the scale of operations
and since, the operations are carried out on the global scale, there will be high level of

for tourists has to carry out many steps for implementing sustainable development plan. For this,
country should have good stock of resources and proper utilisation of the same along with proper

Sharpley, 2015). Company members have to develop or improve the services which are provided
to the consumers so that they would not face any problem and by that, Audley tours would
increase the level of competition worldwide. Company members have to use proper resources
which will be helpful in investing in the development so that they can use the services and by
that, they would attain success. Along with this, members of organisation will have to do proper
care of consumers so that they can share the experience which will help in increasing large
number of tourists and by that, company can attain success in the whole world.

Employees of Audley tours have to do proper analysis of market about improvements
that are needed to be done which will help the entity in attaining services in travel and tourism
industry (Mowforth and Munt, 2015). They have to do proper changes so that they would not
face any problem. Along with that, they have to do proper advertising of tourist destinations by
which consumers would get attracted and by that, they can attain the growth in competitive
market. Staff members of corporation have to do proper changes so that large number of
consumers will invest and by that, entity would attain maximum profits. Company members
have to provide better and qualitative services so that they would not face any conflict in future
and attain the long term growth. The staff members of Adley tours that they should offer the best
services to the consumer so that the consumer will get attrracted towards it and have a will to
