In the present time, every business requires to gain sustainable possition and competitive
advantage so CSR is one of the activity for attain its objective. It have various benefits related to
social, economical, cultural and environmental for all stakeholder. The major objective of CSR is
to render the benefit to the society along with meeting the objective of organisation. It supports

The present research has based on the study of the importance of corporate social
responsibility in the recruitment consultancy company. In order to conduct the investigation
sbout the Austin Frazer ltd researcher required to focus on the various methods of the research
methodologies For attaining this objective, scholar will follow these methods which are as
follows--
Research approach: Research approach permits the investigator to identify the right outcome of
the subject either by applying theories or hypothesis. It includes inductive and deductive research
approaches which assist researcher to perform the research work. While in the research, there is
presence of research question is known as inductive method (Panneerselvam, 2014). But when
the hypothesis frames to attain the research problem then deductive approach will use. In the
following research, researcher will consider inductive approach because whole study is based on
the research questions to find the solution of research question.
Research philosophy- This helps to investigator in development of existing knowledge about
the topic and provides effective idea. It allows the researcher to understand the research problem
in a right manner. There are two type of philosophy that is positivism and interpretivism. In the
interpretivism philosophy, the researcher has used various theories and findings in order to test
the subjective concepts. On the other positivism research philosophy can adopt while researcher

of names, in various business, science and social science domains. In other word it can be said
that data analysis is a process of evaluating data using analytical and logical reasoning to
examine each component of data provided. Majorly thee are two types of data analysis that is
qualitative and quantitative (Baskerville and Wood-Harper, 2016). The following research is
based on the qualitative data analysis under which transforms data into findings and there is no
fixed formula for the transformation. It is a range of processes and procedure used on the
qualitative data that have been collected to transform them into some form of explanation,
understanding or interpretation of the people and situation (English and Kirshner, 2016).
Qualitative data analysis plays an important role in the research because it aid a researcher to
understand the underlying motions and provides a deeper meaning of circumstances and reasons
for things. The major reason behind the selecting qualitative data analysis is that the following
research is based on the understanding or interpretation of the people and situation that are being
investigated.

As per the above discussion in the following research project it has been founded that Austin

has some need to improvement in the activities. Following are some recommendation through
which company can improve its corporate social responsibility-

The following research provided the depth understanding and knowledge about the
corporate social responsibility in the organisation. From the following study I have learnt many
things which assist me in developing my skills and knowledge. In this research, I have gathered
the information from the questionnaire through which my analytical and observation skill has
developed. In the data analysis part in the project, my interpretation skill has also developed
because on the basis of the data collection or gathered information i have interpreted the
information. From this study, it has ascertained that the following research has assisted me in
developing my research and analytical skill because i have used various methods and concept in
order to identify the importance of corporate social responsibility in the organisation. My main
object is to identify the implementation of CSR in the company to attain sustainable objective.
From this report I have learnt that with help of corporate social responsibility, company can aim
sustainable objective. This research helps me in developing effective knowledge of CSR and its
