Australia. The projections for the growth of the industry accounts to high contribution to the

than the convectional method. This is a major finding which has been found when this technique

employed in different locations to construct highrise buildings. This is an extend which Australia
is going to appreciate and utilize to increase the commercial construction industry. The
implication of using this method will come from reduced costs of construction and increase of
savings (Costin, 2017). Moreover, the use of this method will ensure more constructions can be
done within the shortest period with high quality finishes. In conclusion, the modular
