Effectiveness of diversity inclusion within the organization conducts.
Reviewing certain literature in order to describe the diversity management program.
Literature Review:
As according to Lawrence, and Suddaby, 2006, diversity management refers to
respect the differences, different identities and categories, present among the people.
However, as according to the researcher, the definition of Diversity is yet to properly answer.
As per the Resource Based Theory of Diversity, generally refers to the present differences in
the mainstream society, and prioritizing each of these factors. The author has also mentioned
that as per the Institutional Theory of Diversity Management, the different identities of the
people must be addressed properly and included accordingly in the organizational conducts as
that has a major contribution in increasing the productivity of the organization as a whole,
increasing the team consensus, and also creating an exquisite brand image in the society
(Barodel et al., 2014).
Another major aspect of inclusion of diversity, is the role of HR. it is often seen that it
is the role of the Human Resource Department of the organizations, to include and address
the aspects of Diversity within the organizational conducts (Rasool et al., 2018). The HR
Department of an organization, promotes and supports the diversity within an organization
and also initiates and follows certain policies in order to implement a diversified work culture
within the organization.
Methodology:
To understand the diversity management process of the organization, a qualitative
method of data collection process and a data analysis process will be included. In order to
collect the data, the rules and policies of the organization and the previous organizational
conducts and the success rate will be analyzed.
