The regional settlement plan can help in ensuring the fact that the country areas enjoy
the cultural benefits that can be brought about with the help of arrival of migrants. The
migrants in Greater Shepparton has helped in the creation of a community that is diverse and
vibrant. Greater improvements can be brought about in the region by taking recourse to
service delivery structure that is aligned to the needs of that of the migrant constituents.
Toowambo on the other hand is typical representative of regional Australia and it does not
have much experience of dealing with cultural along with linguistically diverse migrant
(Chambers, 2014).The city was not prepared for dealing with the influx pertaining to
unfamiliar faces. Networks can prove to be increasingly helpful in that can help in bringing
about a tolerant along with supportive society (Carrington & Marshall, 2008).The social
capital should be bonded and the migrants belonging to the same background have a tendency
of gravitating towards each other. They can easily build resource network that can prove to be
useful in supporting that of the new arrivals.
Cosmopolitan education theory can prove to be effective in finding a common
language that can help in discussing about the shared community across that of time along
with space. Interculturality has helped in shifting focus from exotic practice to that of
connectedness. Cosmopolitanism relates to the transformation pertaining to culture along
with the individual self (Sachs, 2018). It can help in revisiting the understanding in relation to
the ruralities. Cosmopolitanism can pave the way for creation of a vibrant place that is
connected to the international network of ideas along with people (Reid, 2015).
Intimate partner violence was affected by the complex socio-economic condition and

enhanced approachability pertaining to the rural police along with police capacity of referring
the women to that of IPV support service network can help in improving the reporting.
The challenges for the rural schools are in the field of staffing along with teacher
turnover. It has been found that the teachers who have high education along with work
experience have a tendency of working in the towns specially within Australia. Successful
adjustment pertaining to rural teaching will need preparation along with induction into that of
rural living. Practicums should be able to highlight the positive experiences of the rural
teachers and the university structure should be capable of supporting the successful
professional experience that can help in the path of sustained rural appointment (Argent et al.,
2014). The teachers should have good organisational skills that can help in the process of
balancing the different demands pertaining to diverse learners (Ragusa, 2017). The education
authorities should make sure of the fact that training along with the support for the multi-
grade teacher are properly provided that can help in improvement of education of the rural
areas.
