Introduction
The following report focuses on project of Australian educational City. This city was founded in
2014. America Australian education city is providing more educational services to the student’s
universities providing residential houses and flats to general public. This report States about the
population of Australia and education city and also the population density. Which year is this

avoid paying tax to the government just to save their little amount of money but this is illegal in
the country and they may face lost their reputation and respect in the society.

Government can borrow to percent from this Tax amount taken pay 2% interest rate to the
project and workers. This can be possible there is less chances that government borrow money
from this tax amount. But they are different ways to be the government can borrow to contribute
to this project by making people aware about such projects that they can contribute some amount
in this project. Apart from this government collects huge amount in the form of text so it will
become easy for the government to provide ample of money to for the project and on the other
hand they can charge interest as well. If the government wants to pay incentive to the developer
they borrow amount from the workers of Australian education city but on the other hand it has to
pay 2% of interest rate to the Australian education city which can become difficult for the
government. Sometimes government also run short of money in the main face difficulties to
manage the expenses therefore it become risky for Australian Education City to provide landings
to the Government of Australia. But on the other hand it can be beneficial for the Australian
education city as they will get reputation and Goodwill among society and their profitability can
be enhanced for long run.

From the above task it can be concluded that the project is beneficial for the Welfare and
development of students as they will get a good educational facility but from this they will get
highly skilled and qualified staff and faculties. So the argument is in the favour of Australian
educational City. About education background many people will get place to stay in. Apart from
this we can provide search space and flats on rent and earn huge profit so that they can fulfil all
the necessity of their lives. Black marketing and promotional activities project can become more
profitable and beneficial. Australian educational city should focus on providing detailed
information about the various courses to the students and for providing flights they should
educate the people about the importance of such place and also the facility which is being
provided to them should be mentioned. This project is profitable for the government is very
because they are getting huge text in the form of workers so this project is beneficial for the
country is well because the student of such country will get a good platform to enhance their skill
and knowledge. Show the overall project is profitable.
