Introduction
An important problem in Australia currently is Piracy.. Any time a person produces
something, the whole content of the producers can not be kept and it is very difficult for all
of them to stop the content to get into the hands of the wrong people.
For the legislators in Australia, the violation of the copyrighted contents are a priority. The
law targets specifically all Internet sites which are the distributors of pirated content.
The foremost reason for the law's enactment was that all non-Australian sites that could
help to the piracy industry could be blocked. This presentation is fully based on the
Australian Law of Anti-piracy in 2015.

Some points must be satisfied for an order to disable access from an ISP to the Australian
website-
● The origin of the website is outside Australia geographically.
● The overall web application should be designed to infringe, or enable, copyright
infringements.

Use of the Anti-Piracy Laws to Prevent
Piracy
● ISPs are allowed to disable the 15-day access to recognized domain names in the
orders.
● In the commands, it becomes priority to block those websites which are mirrored.
● If any subscriber considers a notice incorrectly issued, he can ask a question before a
particular stand alone adjudication writing panel.
● If, in a period of twelve months, a specific subscriber is identified infringing
copyrights and receives training on the 3 separate occasions, a warning / final
message is automatically entered in the Final and last Notice List.
