PRE PRIMARY EDUCATION INSTITUES OF AUSTRALIA
Context of the organisation
Educational institutes of Australia needs the mentoring program with a special focus
on the students of pre-primary education. The students of pre-primary educational institute
should be taught by very effective and polite manner. The learning languages are teaching by
the teachers of the organisation but more techniques could have been used in order to
improve the learning process of students. Early childhood education is one of the crucial
tasks for the teachers because the behaviour of the children is unpredictable (university,
2020).
The age of the students of pre- primary education is around usually started from one
and a half year. At this stage of life, the child is even not grown to understand the difficulties
in learning. That is why a lot of efforts are needed by the teachers to make the learning
process attractive. The children have to feel comfortable and safe. With the help of different
tools teachers can make the children interested and happy. The positive mental state of the
children helps them in learning the basic concepts of language and other subjects (university,
2020).
The government of Australia launched a digital program named as ‘ELLA’ for the
better understandings of learning languages for the students of pre- primary sections. ELLA
is a kind of play-based program. It includes a series of interactive applications. This program
is designed to make the student more engaged in learning the various types of cultural
knowledge with beautiful pictures so that the young children will be able to understand the
culture and language of the country (Australia, 2020).

The teachers of pre- primary schools are not only responsible for caring their students
but also responsible for conducting various educational and cultural activities for ensuring
about learning and growth of the students (Savita Shastri, 2020). The teachers are also
responsible for providing a good learning platform. Innovations and creativity are the integral
part of the learning process of children so that they want to attend the school on regular bases
(Lisa D. Hobson, 2020).
Using arts, beautiful pictures and music make the learning process enjoyable and
fruitful. Use of digital apps like ELLA, promotes the learning process with its unique
features. Learning about new language and special features of the culture helps the little
students to understand about the demographic and social features of their country (Australia,
2020).
With the help of ELLA program the students can learn and understand about thirteen
languages of various countries throughout the world. By using ELLA program, the students
will also be able to understand the dressing sense, the ornaments and instruments used by the
people of particular country, the demographic qualities and other attributes of the countries
(SF Griffith, 2020).
Learning language also develop the literacy habits in the students. The students will
be able to pronounce the words clearly by using the digital apps. Around three hundred
schools in Australia are taking part in the trial of the ELLA app for using it as a tool for
learning process in the students of pre-primary section. The effective learning tools make the
teaching environment very interesting which helps the better understandings of the students
(AJM Jazuli, 2019).

PRE PRIMARY EDUCATION INSTITUES OF AUSTRALIA
The educational institutes of Australia need the mentoring program for the teachers
for effectively adaptation of digital tools like ELLA. By using the digital techniques inside
the classroom, the teachers will be able to make the students interested in learning the
language and literacy skills. The communication skills, reading and writing skills of the
students will also be cultivated by using ELLA app (SF Griffith, 2020).
Many pre-primary schools are using graphical techniques to make the teaching
effective. Posters, drawings, maps and charts are using for making the students more attentive
inside the classroom. Apart from all these factors, the use of digital apps like ELLA, proves
to be one of the most beneficial and effective tool of learning especially for small students.
These apps make the students self-motivated in the learning process (Papadakis, 2020).
