the food industry. The report makes concise discussion about the different factors which

The franchise colossal Retail Food Group had breached the code of conduct as the
organization had mislead two Michel’s Patisserie franchisees which lead to the case of court.
Case had taken time to be resolved but at the end Retail Food Group founded as the culprit
and become third consecutive breached of Australian consumer law. Former franchisees
Frederick and Karen Guirguis made compliant regarding the issues of related to the
productivity of organization. all of these negative allegations made huge negative impact on
the franchise as well as retail market of Australia (Smartcompany.com, 2019). This specific
incident made concerns over different issues and braches of the country. That become
necessary to analyse different factors to provide good and effective services to respective
customers.
