company. The same was checked in Australian Hardware Company that makes tools such as
those of gardening tools, construction tools. The WHS has studies certain incidents in the
company and based on that they are making certain policies to ensure that the employees are

external issues of the company. The Wollongong retail store has introduced a certain policy
for the safety of its employees. The same is inspired from and applied nationwide. There are

chemicals used in the processing of the tools and their processes. There are certain electrical
fittings that are loose, thus this is affecting the day to day activities of the organization. There
is a need for basic safety checks like gloves, waste treatments, water treatment, safety shoes
and helmets (Kafel, 2016).
