care services can be more accessible if they are closer to the consumers. According to the
international health organization (WHO) health is a condition of being complete regarding
psychological, social and physical wellbeing but not the absence of the sickness (Australian

insurance in the developed countries like Australia. In Australia, the healthcare services are
provided by both the private and public hospitals. These institutions have equal standards
according to the international health standard equipped with the new technologies and capable
personnel. For many years many of the patients prefer to be treated in the private health
institutions despite their high cost (Harris and Spickett, 2011).
Therefore, the primary objective of this research is to examine some of the aspects that influence
the patient's satisfaction. The analysis will incorporate both the interpersonal links and other

integrating suitable and adaptable policies in improving the quality of health services in private
and public health institutions. Additionally, due to inadequate research carried in the same field
