According to analysis of secondary sources, I have noticed that commitment to
development index provide ranking of worlds richest countries. It also helps in analysing the
negative impact of policies on poor people. It mainly focuses on factors like quality of foreign
aid, openness to trade, openness to migration, promotion of international security and support for
technology creation. It has been analysed that international aspects in Australia can be ranked at
scale of 5.7. It means nation is well focused towards international security is key element that
allows presenting itself as safe and secure destination in the world (Would a treaty help
Aboriginal self-determination, 2015). Technological use is at 4.7 scale that means government is
well focused towards use of technology so that lifestyle can be improved. It also enhances the
overall image in the market and attract more and more people to the nation. However,
government still need to focus on improve standards of technological use so that goals and
objectives can be accomplished. Along with this, I have noticed that environmental aspects are
not accurate and it is only at measure of 2.2 that enhances the negative aspects. According to me
by having improved focus on all the key aspects that are covered under raking report must be
well maintained so that communal measures present within nation can be improved.
In reading of another article, it has been analysed that Australian people are more
attracted towards sports and they are continuing this affection from 150years. Sports is present
every where in the lifestyle of Australia. I have witnessed that people love to play sport but they
are more interested in watching sports. It is one of key reason that ratio of broadcast services in
Australia is high as compared to other nations. This enduring love extends to all codes,
particularly Australian rules and rugby league (Telling ingenious people how to use their land,
2015). There are number of sports that are being played and watched in Australia that indicates
that sports is one of essential section of their culture. As same, AFL NRL teams are popular
among people because of number of levels of sports participation. Attraction towards sports
helps in decreasing the ratio of health issues within ratio. It represents Australia as an active
nation that participate in various international events for sustainable development. Other than
this, I have also noticed in the reading of sources that interest towards churches and politics is
also interlinked with the sports. People used to go churches for pray to support their teams.
Football is also considered as a game or sport that allows them to enjoy key aspects. By having
participation in football people of Australia tries to relax and enjoy at their workplaces.

Along with this, it can be said that there are number of clubs that promote sports within
community. It means sport participation is key section of Australian culture that present unique
identity within world. Players are granted the status of dear friends unmet or family members
who are loved despite not visiting. It indicates that if player is switching the team or club
without any good or justified reason then it will impact the perception of fans (Latrobe
university, 2016). It means people of Australia expects ethical norms in sports that reflects ethics
present in their culture. In conditions where player switch the team without any good reason that
people think that player is involved in activity due to money. It reflects the level of loyalty
towards club. It means by having improved focus on sports activities the cultural values of
Australia can be understand in appropriate manner.
Other than this, another article indicates that Olympic games does not impact on cultural
values of Australia. I have noticed that author has said that he has spent almost two weeks on
television just because during the Olympics Prime Minister of Australia was saying Olympic
Games will inspire the sport participation. But he was not confirmed that how the things will be
implemented. It has been analysed that government was expecting that Olympic Games will
attract new participants to the sport but it has not accomplished because people of Australia are
already attracted towards sports activities. There is less gap between observer and athlete that
allows not to improve ratio of sports participation (Adam Godes and its critics argument, 2015).
There are several factors that impact on the relationship between role-models and potential new
participants. It has been noticed by me that Adults of Australia prefer game according to their
role models like Jessica Ennis and Tom Daley. People also percept that adults' are not attracted
towards sports due to Olympics because according to them standards of games are much high
and they can not meet those standards in appropriate manner. In the same, it has also been
identified that role models can also impact the positive impact on young people to have better
sport participation (Olympic impact, 2016). It indicates that cultural values of Australia is greatly
influenced due to Australian myth of sports. There are number of sports facilities that enhances
the morale of people and inspire them to have effective participation in sports. Government also
understand the key values of citizens so they are also investing in continuous development of
sports.
Moreover, I have also noticed that treaty is essentially considered as a settlement that
allows to have treating or negotiation. It allows to have effective consideration on the duties

between parties. It acts to formalise a relationship between the parties to the agreement. In
Australia the aboriginal people are attracted towards activities that are associated with treaty It
has been noticed that government of Australia need to improve aboriginal self determination in
appropriate manner so that communal issues can be resolved in appropriate manner. It is
necessary to have design of treaty so that better security can be provided to self determination.
As per above study, it can be concluded that Australian Myth indicates the nature and
culture that need to be consider by government authorities to have sustainable development.
Sport participation is a method that allows to have better development within cultural values so
management need to consider it in appropriate manner.
