Placement agencies- There are various types of agencies which help in getting job as per
the requirements. But in exchange, it charges some fees from both sides that means
company as well as job seeker.
For me, best recruitment option will be getting mails directly from company because it
has not any kind of risk or fraud which can be done by any third party by taking money from
applicant by ensuring that he will get 100% placement in their favourite company. This option
also saves my time which may be consumed while contacting third person (Shackleton, 2015).
Suppose, if I will take help of job portals then it will consume a lot of time because I have
to wait for call of company. Sometimes, these sites are asked for pay which is not a right thing.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded from the above report that for getting competitive advantages over
rivals, employer tries to hire the best qualified employees who will be suitable for the vacant
post. From the above report, it has been said that recruitment process is very important for the
success of company and so, firm should hire employees who will have capability and capacity
