technical services are always preferable for the job seekers. This field gives opportunity to
flourish mainly in the computer system section. The Australian Government has already
forecasted the jobs for 2019 (Hajkowicz et al, 2016).This section provides services like audit,
tax, budget preparation, information of accounting systems. The third field to prosper in
career is Education and Training. It is growing rapidly and chances of employment are huge
here. It includes teachers, lecturers and tutors. Literacy is the prime focus for any country and
this is increasing the demand of employers, ready to go for teaching jobs. These three sectors
are mostly accepted by the seekers. In the market of increasing, few sectors are facing

section. All these stages need the best employees to provide their best performances. Students
come to Australia for studies and jobs every year (Gomes, 2015). In the current age of

world. Country needs education in all levels and the growing numbers of schools and

students with a good medical background are applicable for such jobs. The course of work is
divided as per the posts. Consulting with customers regarding health and medicines
(Pharmacist), taking good care of patients (Nurse), analyzing the disease and provide the
necessary medicines to the patients (surgeon), explaining the necessity of healthy life and
giving tips (dietician), handling the technical problems in management sections(technician)
all these responsibilities need to fulfill. A minimum qualification of Bachelor degree is
needed to start a career here and some additional professional courses like MBA, B.PHARM,
Diploma in Nutrition and health are essential in cases like Technician, Pharmacy and
Dietician.

Surf Life Saving Australia, Australia’s top authority in coastal water safety,
prevention of drowning and rescue, is the world’s largest volunteer community of the type.

from the government. Founded in 1907, surf lifesavers attached to this community have

The prospective job that may be applied to after the completion of the volunteering service
tenure is that of lifeguards. There are a number of activities involved with the volunteering in
the fields of surf life saving. The senior surf lifesavers are entitled with the patrolling of the
beaches during the summers that stretch from mid-September to the late of April especially
during the weekends and the public holidays. These lifesavers also have to train the kids
publicly on the beach safety issues. They also have to train the young Surf lifesavers on the

the relationship between company and its customers to delight them, afterwards gaining
loyalty and generate revenue. These trends will be for betterment of the company as well as
for the employees. However, the trends are in favor of the employees, as companies will
focus to reestablish their relationship with their own employees. Employees nowadays want
to get instant feedback from their employers instead of waiting for an entire year for
appraisals. Especially younger generation wanted to know their strengths and weakness to
improve as soon as possible. Trends shows change in this area and continuous reviews will

The recruitment option chosen to get through job would have been the one where one can
get the chance to research, review and evaluate himself to understand how these paid or

beneficial. Handling the stress and work pressure will be easier because of the experience
