Achieving energy security in Australian manufacturing is considered a serious concern in
developing the solutions of sustainability in energy sector. Australia is considered a leading
economy of world. The country is using the ways through which energy can be saved for the
future course of time. The Australian Manufacturing is found to be strongly supporting the
NEG (National Energy Guarantee). The different committees have been formed by the
government authorities so that the stability can be maintained in the country. The country is
found to be the greatest exporter of the energy globally, which makes the country superior
from others. From this, other countries become dependent on Australia to get their energy
resources. The sustainable growth achieved by the Australian economy is finding to be high
as compared to other countries and their economy (Melbourne Energy Institute, 2015).
This sustainable development in the economy bring the high productivity, economic growth,
strong environmental record provide the constant growth and prosperity for the nation. In
this, the energy sector plays an important role in the success of Australia development.
Australia is considered the country, which is a low-cost energy consuming country and has
the large industrial span in the country. Australia exports more than $24 billion energy in a
year. This is the reason that the industries like aluminum, steel cement are flourishing in the

activity of the country. these measures have been taken to ensure that the use of the natural
resources should be done effectively and efficiently.
The primary use of the energy use has to be done in the energy-related greenhouse emissions.
This offers the basis for analyzing the energy inputs and outputs used in the country with
efficiency. These resources are utilised with less wastage of resources. Major energy sources
in Australia are black coal, natural gas, oil and renewables. These renewable sources of
energy provide the five present of the total supply in the market. Use of natural gas and
renewable resources are for the electricity production that will grow significantly country like

policy in the country hampers the growth of the energy sector in the country. The policies
made in the environment of California are effectively preventing the retail business from
concerning the escalating cost while demand in the country has been increasing (Amer and
Daim, 2010).

in the country. Accessing energy resources is the main determinant of energy security. No

From the above discussion, it can be concluded that the saving and securing the energy
resources in every country is equally important for the welfare and development of the
