The article mainly deals with the illegality for the recreational usage of weed in entire
Australia. The article summarises the need for legalising the need for weed in entire Australia
as this has different kind of good effects in the life of different individuals. There are
different kind of laws that has been implemented in Australia to make weed consumption
legal in nature. It has been seen that Queensland’s laws are flexible in nature in the entire
world wherein they have provided access to cannabis products to the patients suffering from
different alignments to consume weeds.
The article discloses the fact that weed will be becoming recreational legal in number
of states in US such as Oregon, Washington DC and Alaska. This will help in bringing
America in line with Bangladesh, Italy and Peru wherein the recreational usage of weed has
been made legalised. However, the article discusses about the negative impacts on health due
to weed consumption among the young generation. It has been admitted that with regular
consumption of cannabis, it is leading to chronic cough along with phlegm production as
well. The research did not find any kind of smoking weed in increasing likelihood of

full legalisation of the recreational cannabis. It has been disclosed that there are different
facts wherein the Australian officials of law enforcement has accepted the idea, however the
medical experts have few issues in consumption of cannabis. The Greens of Australia has
proposed that it should be legal to sell and use the recreational cannabis. The entire
government has tried to analyse the fact that the prohibition of usage of cannabis is causing
huge harm than it is preventing. The regulation of the cannabis will help the entire
government in increasing the revenue of the government.

in the entire market. Furthermore, the article discusses about the sale of weeds in the markets
only to adults and this will increase sales and excise taxes as well. The banning of the
