In current time almost every person is experiencing mental health issues which affect
their day to day life. Mental health is considered as a person emotional, social as well as

determine that how they handle stress, make choices as well as relate to others in specific
situation. In every stage of life mental health is very essential from childhood, adolescence to
the adulthood. In addition to this it is also essential in very situation of life even if a person is
going through hard time. Similarly in respect of prisoners they also go through several mental
health issues because there they not able to share their thoughts or feeling which make them
lonely as well as depressed. In addition to this, in prison some prisoners experienced several
violence situation from others which also impact on their mental as well as physical health.
This will also leads to some dangerous mis-happening such as wild fight, try to take their

The main aim of this project is to provide education to prisoners on the mental health
risk factor awareness and preventions in Australia. In respect of this different promotional as
well as awareness activities or programmes can be conducted at prison so that prisoners can

activities prisoners also able to know how to prevent themselves for getting ill mental health
