Introduction
With the increasing ramified economic changes, Australian Government has issued
various social welfare and human right safety policies. These policies are issued with a view
to strengthen the health care framework and increase the social welfare of the people living
in Australia. It is analyzed that Australian Social policy is introduced with an aim to
mitigate the negative impact of society and strengthen the environmental working
environment. It aims to improve people’s wellbeing and concerned with the welfare of

support program, slower economic activities and high unemployment functions. It is
analyzed that there are several policies have been introduced to mitigate the social and

corporate social responsibilities activities program. It will not only make the work process
effective but also promote the disable people in their working program. There are several
number of policy makers who spoke about the importance of strengthen the disable living
standard and issuing the disability and human right policy in Australia. They have revealed
that if the condition of these disable people is made better then it will play pivotal role in the

The main effect of change in disability and human right policy in Australia would be on the
GDP rate and increased CSR program of the corporates. It will lower down the
unemployment rate and also strengthen the national income of the Australia. Nonetheless, it
will positively impact the society and economic development of the Australia at large. It
also strengthens eh government commitment to its international rights and establishes the
harmonization in its international and domestic human rights for the betterment of country
(Miller, & Hayward, 2017).

It is analyzed that this mandated responsibilities have shown that in order to make
effective participation of the disable people in the labour market, without having any sort of
accommodations problems and inequality requires proper implementation of the reform
policies and program in Australia. Now in the end, it could be inferred that these policies are
issued with a view to strengthen the health care framework and increase the social welfare
of the disable people living in Australia. This above given discussion have shown the
