As per your approaches for being a sponsor for Ai who want migration to go to Australia
for working as a hospital pharmacist there are several terms which are need to follow according
to the Migration Act 1958.
The ANZSCO code for Ai’s occupation as a hospital pharmacist will be 251511 which

skilled migration in Australia. The visa applicant has only applied for this visa if he or she has
any relative who can authorize the applicant then he or she may get the permanent residency.
There are several requirement are introduces for the applicant of the Temporary Work (Skilled)
(Subclass 457) visa3. Those are:
The applicant must complete the age of minority or 18 years or above.

The visa holder can live in Australia with the other family members.

457 visa holders must works for the sponsor employee. If they leave the job then the 457
visa holders need to find another sponsor within a specific time otherwise he need to get
to his own country.
The visa holder should have minimum skill in English.
The health certificate and character certificate are also requiring for the applicant of 457
visa holder.
The relevant licenses or registration is mandatory for the applicant for the nominated
position where she is willing to work.
The visa holder later applies for the permanent residency in Australia where they need to

The medical practitioner and general manager have rights to work for the both associated
entity of the sponsors and nominated occupation.
Therefore for being a sponsor for Ai, Dan needs to fulfill several requirements to being a
sponsor. The sponsor must have approval for the nominated position.5 The sponsor needs to
provide various details to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection6. The sponsors
are forming the bond of AUD500 as because Ai is 28 years and Dan will sponsor for her visa.
The terms are:
The sponsor must have registered and lawful operating business in Australia.
He must have the skills to provide training to the employees or workers.
