Introduction
The welfare system in Australia is fairer, effective, coherent, and sustainable and
encourages people to work in an efficient way. The social outcome is influenced by the
Australian government, which is the key matter that provides social and economic participation
from people in Australia. The participation of workers and economic cycles are important in that
case, the issue related with employment and family and children welfare is the prime section that
needs to understand and implanted in that process. There are some sections that related with the
youth development and help them to guide those youth in the right way. The reform of the
process is to provide simple and sustainable income support system. Engaging with employees
and hosting them on the right path so that better employment opportunities will come for youths
are the main prolific cases in the issue (Gilbert, 2012). The entire welfare system in Australia is
concentrated on the future chances and affectivities that families are going to support the
services.

model of children welfare system adopted from the Bromfield and Holzer theory and it signifies
four stages of development. The government initiation and primary services to save the children
is the correct way of managing them and provide effective care for the children. The primary
stage or the universal services is the first stage of the process. After that, Secondary or targeted
intervention in the situation where children are in the situation of facing the problem. Intensive
family support is the next step that represents the family support for children and provides them
enough care for the genre. The last stage is the territory intervention, and that is the reason
children have been marked by the territory of their health and education by their parents or
society. Jurisdictions including New South Wales, Queensland, and the Australian Capital

As per the records, most of the young people work as the supervisor post in the

an average day. 61% of young people were under the sentenced in youth justice from 2001 to
2016 (Communities.qld.gov.au, 2009). This is such a long period that young people have under
the government supervision and after the age of 18, they will be out of these protocols. Over half
of all young people in detention were indigenous and government have several schemes for those
people. More than 440,000 workers in paid welfare workforce in Australia and interestingly most

of benefits and administrative administration are the key manners that help in the family
development program in Australia. There are possibilities of family tax benefit and the process
curtails some amount of taxes for each of the family, registered under the process (Danzy &
Jackson, 2018). Some aged people are disabling situation, so the government has initiated some
monetary advancement for them as the pension. The social security and welfare of 35% in

are fair and that has a development aspect as the time flows in the nation. There are some
problems highlighted in that manner like unemployment, premature death, placement care,
problems in intimate relations, poverty, child development, education, poor mental health and
use of the drug and harmful life activities mitigated through the process. The government
initiation and alignment of strategies are important along with the policies presented in that form
and at the end of 4 years the intense support of families and services will improve in Australia.
