How to Become an Authentic Leader of 21st Century.
The three consecutive weeks of activities have been so enticing such that, I feel like remaining in
that schedule for the next of my life. This is because, I was able to reflect on many things in my
work experience. Again, these three weeks have enabled me to cool my mindset as well as whole
body complexity. Throughout the period I have managed to integrate features associated to
authentic leadership and more so the process of becoming an authentic leader of 21st century.
This message is of great importance to workers in any workplace organization who aim at
becoming future leaders. This research has made me think on my own leadership reflections. I
can integrate with people from all corners of the world ranging from my family, relatives, friends
and society as a whole. Those employees in management and leadership position can also learn
authentic leadership skills and expertise to as to climb up the hierarchy.
If any individual is tired of working for so long without promotion to high leadership position,
then here is the solution. Learn authentic leadership skills and you may not believe what is likely
to happen. The probability of climbing up the hierarchy is almost one.

In this blog, I would like to review the article that assert the perception of supervisor authentic
leadership that influence employee work engagement through employee-perceived authentic leadership
and employee trust. This particular statement has been asserted by a certain journal article. Therefore, it is
important to note that, in a workplace, there some supervisors who display authentic leadership skills.
Their aim is to help other subordinate staffs to climb up the ladder of leadership. So my question is, are
you anxious on how to climb up in leadership? Definitely the answer is yes. Then, you need to be
associated to such supervisors so as to get the experience necessary to become an authentic leader.
For my case, I applied this strategy and it worked. I also attended workshops that described the qualities
of authentic leader. These qualities include creativity and innovation, peace of mind, self-reflection and
self-awareness. This is the reason is seat on the couch in a motivation mood. This allow me to meditate so
as to relive stress and anxiety. I try to run in the park for body health exercise in the three weeks
activities.
Lastly, today after gym, I start to review on authentic leadership. I reviewed a journal article “Authentic
Leadership”. The Authentic Leader by Neil (2016). After analyzing the content there in, I realize that it is
wrong to work for many years without a promotion to a particular leadership position. It hurts to see new
employees rise up to leadership yet you have not for quite long. What you need to do is to have a
meditation on what need to be done. From the activities I carried out, I can propose one need to be
creative, innovative, self-awareness and self-reflective to be an authentic leader for management and
leadership. Also try leadership training from available leadership coaches.
