Organisation using various kinds of leadership style such as authentic and transactional

achieving the organisation targets (Long, 2017). It is said as qualities of leadership which refers
to authenticity leadership role. It consider as leaders being authentic in order to able to capable
for doing work effectively. It includes self-aware, have the capabilities to recognize and
knowledge about the strength and weaknesses. Steve Jobs is great leader which followed these
leadership qualities so they know about themselves very well. Apple is one of the famous
technology as well electronics company and Steve Jobs is best leader so set best example for
business model. There are ample numbers of characteristics of this model which are mentioned
below.
Transparency-: These is the first quality of this leadership style which refers to self
aware about the strength and weaknesses and encouraging to their employees towards the work
performance. It includes they are effective communication with their team members in order to
building and motivation towards work and business activity performed effectively. It is helps to
success and growth of business and achieving organisation goal and objectives (Mauri, 2017).
Integrity-: These is the second quality of this model which refers to easily handle the
private and confidential situations with integrity. It includes has to power to mange things in
very well mannered.

used authentic leadership so it is essential to have positive attitude towards the employees and

team members and maintaining strong bonding so easily enhancing productivity and profitability
of organisation.
Focused approach-: Leaders using this approach so effectively applied the leadership
style such transnational and authentic which utilised by Steve Jobs because they focused towards
their employees in order to enhancing performance and developing team spirit among the
existing employees. It includes this approach focusing towards the organisation goal and
objective so leaders evaluate and analysed the performance of team members and accordingly
take effective steps which are helps to make improvement.

objective company. Today's environment changing very fast so leaders essential to follow such
leadership style such as includes various qualities (Siew, 2017). Steve Jobs is great personality
and become successful leader so they also adapting with this leadership model. It includes
charismatics, inspirational, iconic, visionary, genius, brilliant, magical and charismatic as well as
authentic. All this the qualities of this model which helps to set the best example of Apple
company. It is one of the successful leader which make many changes in company and their
changing perspective, ideas, technology accordingly environment change.
Authentic leadership style-: It is the leadership style which are used by Steve Jobs in
order to performed in effectively and efficiently and accordingly performed the activities in very
well mannered. Authentic leadership is management style which including various factors such
as self-awareness, genuine, transparent and many others. All this aspects which are discussed
below.
Self- Awareness-: This is leadership style including strong sense in order to know about
the strength and weaknesses as well as value so which helps to effectively attained the targets of
organisation (Mauri, 2017). Leaders using this strategy in order to managing the team members
and know about their strength and weaknesses and accordingly assigned the work.
Relational transparency-: It is the second aspect which refers to passive aggression and
work accomplished with full of dedication and authenticity so it is genuine, straightforward and
honest towards their works and performance. In addition to this, it includes they are proper flow

techniques which refers to achieving long-term success and growth of company. It consider as
values, ethics, rules and integrity so adapting by leaders in order to attained the success and
growth of company.
Transactional leadership-: This is one of the style which are used by Steve Jobs in
order to performing the activities effectively so team members easily achieving their short term
task. It including leaders has right to punishing team members in order to performing task in not
appropriate manner (Celdrana, 2020). It involves set the standard and objective which and
accordingly leaders formulating new strategies which result as achieving success and growth in
near future. It includes business model facing various situation and condition so they effectively
implementing in organisation structure in order to smooth running of business operations. Team
members putting so much efforts to improving performance as well leaders conducting various
