INTRODUCTION
Teaching job is more typical for the person who is providing education to specially
challenged children that are facing Autism. This is a difficult procedure for both student and
teacher Kervin and et. al. (2016). To make their education good teacher have to learn special
courses to deal with these people. Research is important in this kind of teaching where person
have be creative to deliver knowledge to challenged students. This report is providing
information of Different challenges faced by an individual in teaching process where they
have to educate people suffering with Autism. Personal experiences are explained to evaluate
importance of research in specialized teaching students who are suffering from Autism.
Various methods and specialized teaching ways are covered in report.
Reflection on Learning and Understanding Process
Autism is a mental disorder where patient shows strange behaviour with other people.
There are different challenges faced by patient in daily life and this challenges or problems
make education process and learning difficult for them. The main problems with Autism
patients are behavioural issues like- inappropriate social interaction, poor eye contact,
compulsive behaviour, impulsivity, obsessed with different objects, word repetition and
repetitive movements Hagevik, Aydeniz & Rowell, (2012). These are some physical and
psychological challenges are faced by patient. These physical challenges are common in this
students and some of them are- delay in speech in children, learning disability, concentration,
and emotional issues and depression. This is how students who are suffering from Autism
have different learning and understanding level so it is important for us to stay creative to
reduce complexity of education process. I choose the job of teacher of specially challenged
students because this is different form other jobs. The challenges I have faced are related to
issue of teaching method that can be used to deliver knowledge and information to those
students.
Initially it was difficult for me to make communication with this students. In
initial stages it could be hard to get involve with them be later on this becomes common and
easier. After learning form my job I have started research to improve the effectiveness of
teaching. Information and practical knowledge I have received form research allowed me to
learn different methods to teach specially challenged students Meltzer, (2018). It is most
important in this kind of teaching to pay attention to each student to make sure the

effectiveness of learning method and teaching process. Behaviour and learning skill of each
student in case of Autism could be different. As a teacher it is my duty to treat them equally
and develop special learning methods for their education Kervin and et. al. (2016). Because of
Autism disorder students do not feel comfortable in making eye contact. I feel that In initial
interaction they feel strange and uncomfortable with me and to gain their attention person
need to be more polity and gentle with them.
As they start involving in activities proposed by me, I have considered it as one big
step in process. This involvement make them comfortable with me and this connection can
improve the success and conversion rate of teaching goals. From different research I have
evaluated various method that can help to make emotional relation with student. This relation
is most important in case of Autism because social skills of specially able children are not
good and it prevent them to get interaction with strange people in gatherings. Noise and and
huge crowed make them uncomfortable. In my opinion students need special treatment in
education which is designed as per their learning capability also their problem with speech
can be resolved by providing them proper environment Kim, S. H., Bal, V. H., & Lord, C.
(2018). I have learned different methods to make teaching effective for these children. A
single idea is not enough in case of people who are facing Autism.
All students have different tendency to learn new things. According to me a
classification in category is needed to provide convenience and can allow the teacher to
apply different kind of method for each category of student. This can improve the learning
process of student and help them to get socially involved with other people. By this
limitations of children can be stretched to certain level of confidence. As I have researched
there are various methods to develop better learning in students. I think connection is most
important in this process Denne, Hastings & Hughes, (2018). Connection make student
enable for learning by improving and stretching their zone of comfort. This attachment can
only be developed by personal interaction and heart to heart chat. Personal interaction and
connection make student with education procedure. Other method can be used as teaching
procedure is make table of strengths and weaknesses. For each student this table can help
personalized learning also better understanding can be achieved form this specific procedure.
By making strength and weakness table all the teacher will be able to make proper decision to

influence student in positive way. As per the research this can be used to prepare a visual
chart to develop a learning program in general way.
An analysis can be used for each student to evaluate their learning and understanding
capability. This is little longer procedure for learning process but form long term condition it
can help teacher to deliver better knowledge to students efficiently. In my view a person can
find various difficulties in this educating process. To make the the teaching more effective
additional activities and creative procedures also can be used. Creative learning with vibrant
colours, games and different activity can improve their interest and experience in teaching
process. In teaching different additional help also can be used to provide better solution to
their problem. I have analysed that the teaching process with these students can be easier in
higher education because the understanding develops with age Hebron, Humphrey &
Oldfield, (2015). I have evaluated different researches that are providing suggestion to use
behaviour plan and use of music in the teaching practices to reduce level of stress in
delivering knowledge and education. Behavioural plan support the teaching process and this
also provided support to me to develop new methods of learning and teaching.
Musical learning is one of the best way to make learning effective because I have used
this method to teach students. In my experience I have learned that music can make
behavioural changes in children and can keep them stable in learning and understanding
process. I have utilised this stability to improve their understanding in education system. This
is very good for me to get involved in this job and be a part of education system that is
designed for special students. Best thing about this is I have develop many skills and
behavioural understanding to deal with various issues and different people with calmness.
Most difficult part of this job is to create place in their comfort zone without troubling them. .
Discussion of Area of Interest
In specialised learning schools there are many fields that can be considered as field of
teaching but I have selected student who are suffering from Autism. Because it is interesting
and good for my behavioural learning. As a person I like to face different challenges in daily
life and to teach people with Autism is a challenging situation with good purpose. This both
thing make me to choose this particular field as carrier. I found this quit challenging to treat
the student in better way and provide them with knowledge and education like it is provided
to normal students. I consider this situation as challenging and this challenging conditions

also helped me to learn new things. This made me to conduct different research and learn
various techniques to develop a proper way to conduct teaching for specially able children
Hatzenbuhler, Molteni & Axe, (2019). By studying different research made me more clear
about and emotionally stable. I have also learned various new skills and information through
this job carrier. The good reason behind this make it more better. There is also good money in
field and as a teacher this can provide many new opportunity to me in future. Researching and
brain storming also developed my personal skills of teaching and learning. I also got a chance
to work with this children who are putting their efforts to learn new things about world. This
motivated me to stay more positive and work as enthusiast in carrier. This is how particular
field of teaching carrier made me enough skilled and capable learn new things.
Significance of Chosen Area for Future Research
According to Turner, (2018) For future research there is huge scope of research in
teaching the students who are suffering from Autism. In teaching process of these student
there are many things that are still need to be studied. Further and research is possible for this
issue where various developments can be made to improve the teaching process that used by
individual teachers. Behaviour changes and mood swings in people who are suffering form
Autism are major problem to study because this is difficult for a normal person to understand
their needs and learning tendency. Behavioural research is important because it can provide
better understanding to make an efficient education system.
As per view of Hebron, Humphrey & Oldfield, (2015) Research also can be used to
improve knowledge and information in the education system for specially able students.
There are different challenges and issues are still making the system inefficient and still need
improvement. To improve education system and conversion rate of goal also can be
improved. Different particular issues can be individually need to be analysed to get better
technique and process for developing learning process. Main problem considered is slow
learning and understanding. Learning process of student is most important in education
system because effectiveness of education process is depended on understanding of students.
But the area of research is still unknown and unclear in case of Autism because there is no
cure of it.
In perspective of Denne, Hastings & Hughes, (2018) Research work in future also
help to find new measurements to redesign whole education system that is consist on new

changes. New area of research are developing with technological changes. This new areas
also can be used for research to derive new and innovative way to improve procedures that
are currently used in education procedure for Autism patients. There are many technologies
that can be used or developed more to provide better support both student and teacher to deal
with each other during education and learning practices. Main problem in Autism is related to
communication and emotional connection. Both connection and emotional relation is
important because without this it is not possible to full fill gap between students and teacher.
Technologies like education assistance can be used in education system to make it effective.
CONCLUSION
This report is concluding the importance of research work in field of teaching
procedure that is used to improve learning and understanding of student. Different issues
faced by these students in learning and educating program also has been studied in study.
Learning and understanding process for people who are facing Autism has been analysed on
the base of personal experience. On the base of experience teaching process and strategies has
been analysed to find better way and alternative to educate people with autism. Importance of
research and its future scope for education system has been studied and analysed in report.
