INTRODUCTION
Teaching job is more typical for the person who is providing education to specially
challenged children that are facing Autism. This is a difficult procedure for both student and
teacher Kervin and et. al. (2016). To make their education good teacher have to learn special
courses to deal with these people. Research is important in this kind of teaching where person
have be creative to deliver knowledge to challenged students. This report is providing
information of Different challenges faced by an individual in teaching process where they
have to educate people suffering with Autism. Personal experiences are explained to evaluate
importance of research in specialized teaching students who are suffering from Autism.
Various methods and specialized teaching ways are covered in report.
Reflection on Learning and Understanding Process
Autism is a mental disorder where patient shows strange behaviour with other people.
There are different challenges faced by patient in daily life and this challenges or problems
make education process and learning difficult for them. The main problems with Autism
patients are behavioural issues like- inappropriate social interaction, poor eye contact,
compulsive behaviour, impulsivity, obsessed with different objects, word repetition and
repetitive movements Hagevik, Aydeniz & Rowell, (2012). These are some physical and
psychological challenges are faced by patient. These physical challenges are common in this
students and some of them are- delay in speech in children, learning disability, concentration,
and emotional issues and depression. This is how students who are suffering from Autism
have different learning and understanding level so it is important for us to stay creative to
reduce complexity of education process. I choose the job of teacher of specially challenged
students because this is different form other jobs. The challenges I have faced are related to
issue of teaching method that can be used to deliver knowledge and information to those
students.
Initially it was difficult for me to make communication with this students. In
initial stages it could be hard to get involve with them be later on this becomes common and
easier. After learning form my job I have started research to improve the effectiveness of
teaching. Information and practical knowledge I have received form research allowed me to
learn different methods to teach specially challenged students Meltzer, (2018). It is most
important in this kind of teaching to pay attention to each student to make sure the

interaction they feel strange and uncomfortable with me and to gain their attention person
need to be more polity and gentle with them.
As they start involving in activities proposed by me, I have considered it as one big
step in process. This involvement make them comfortable with me and this connection can
improve the success and conversion rate of teaching goals. From different research I have
evaluated various method that can help to make emotional relation with student. This relation
is most important in case of Autism because social skills of specially able children are not
good and it prevent them to get interaction with strange people in gatherings. Noise and and
huge crowed make them uncomfortable. In my opinion students need special treatment in
education which is designed as per their learning capability also their problem with speech
can be resolved by providing them proper environment Kim, S. H., Bal, V. H., & Lord, C.
(2018). I have learned different methods to make teaching effective for these children. A
single idea is not enough in case of people who are facing Autism.
All students have different tendency to learn new things. According to me a
classification in category is needed to provide convenience and can allow the teacher to
apply different kind of method for each category of student. This can improve the learning
process of student and help them to get socially involved with other people. By this
limitations of children can be stretched to certain level of confidence. As I have researched
there are various methods to develop better learning in students. I think connection is most
important in this process Denne, Hastings & Hughes, (2018). Connection make student
enable for learning by improving and stretching their zone of comfort. This attachment can
only be developed by personal interaction and heart to heart chat. Personal interaction and
connection make student with education procedure. Other method can be used as teaching
procedure is make table of strengths and weaknesses. For each student this table can help
personalized learning also better understanding can be achieved form this specific procedure.

additional activities and creative procedures also can be used. Creative learning with vibrant
colours, games and different activity can improve their interest and experience in teaching
process. In teaching different additional help also can be used to provide better solution to
their problem. I have analysed that the teaching process with these students can be easier in
higher education because the understanding develops with age Hebron, Humphrey &
Oldfield, (2015). I have evaluated different researches that are providing suggestion to use
behaviour plan and use of music in the teaching practices to reduce level of stress in
delivering knowledge and education. Behavioural plan support the teaching process and this
also provided support to me to develop new methods of learning and teaching.

individual teachers. Behaviour changes and mood swings in people who are suffering form
Autism are major problem to study because this is difficult for a normal person to understand
their needs and learning tendency. Behavioural research is important because it can provide
better understanding to make an efficient education system.
