INTRODUCTION
Organisational communication will covers the wider concept and encompasses the better
flow of the information by which the better connection will get maintained with the government
agencies, companies, stakeholders to make suitable contribution within the market and for the

important as it allows the business to enhance the morale, commitment, productivity and the

more important for all and have imparts more benefits to all the people as it emphasis the clear
understanding of the human process that occur within the business. As much the communication
will get enhanced that much leadership skills will get developed that directly leads more profit to
the business and increases the productivity of the workplace. There are some different form of
organisational communication and its purpose as well as principles that are as defined below as:
Formal communication: All the organisation must have follow the formal
communication within the business by making the preference to the flow chart of an
organisation. It provides the clear delineates and with that the chain of command have follow
within the business to flow the adequate amount of information. There are some different
examples of formal communication that is as policy manuals, memorandum in this information
flows downwards as from the higher authority to lower one (Bossio, 2020). The horizontal
communication will get flowed that is for the employee of same level to manage the task force.
Informal communication: It is the communication that will flow naturally so as to
accomplish the daily targets. There are some examples as well like the casual colleague

misunderstanding will get removed and more clarity will get perceived.
Organisational culture: It is the form of communication that is unspoken and circulates
the standard and norms of the business as the reality get transferred over the certain period of
time. It is more vital as with that more clarity get transferred that help to increases the
productivity of the business. It has negative impact as well as sometime the employee feel
difficulties while managing themselves in the culture that raises the complexities and conflict
which is not in favour of the business.
