The paper mainly focuses on the implementation of a website for the Auzi security services. It is
identified that the company generally provides bodyguard security services to different
commercial buildings, providers as well as retail business. However, due to present economic as
well as political condition, there is an upswing in the requirement of services. In order to fulfil
the enhancing demand, the organization wants to implement a website. The company requires
minimum 80 days with the budget of around $47,040 in order to complete the implementation of
the project successfully.
It is identified that with the implementation of the website the organization can easily reach the
customers and can be able to meet their expectations as well as demands. Similarly, the
customers can book for the bodyguard services online whenever they need (Adeusi et al., 2014).
Thus, the implementation of the website for the Auzi security services is useful for both the
customers as well as for the organization.
The paper utilizes WBS as well as project schedule in order to reflect the project deliverables
