Lessons learnt and recommendations
What have you learnt from this project that
you would use again or advise for a similar
type of project?
What would you do different next time?
What processes/procedures did not work
well? What changes would you make to
improve these?
What processes/procedures did work well?
How would you make sure you would repeat
this next time?
Where conflicts handled effectively? What
main challenges did the team face? How well
did the team members function as a cohesive
team?
Were there any ethical issues? How were they
handled?
Completion of project within estimated time
and budget. Proper scheduling of resources
is an essential factor for success of project.
Next, the allocation of resources have to be
checked for over allocation so that they are
not overburdened to complete the project.
The coding phase was a bit difficult to
execute hence, next time a suitable person
with coding knowledge will be hired.
The conflicts were handled effectively and
the major challenged faced by the team was
conflict within the team members. Despite of
the conflict in ideas between the team
members they did function effectively as a
team.
