1. An effective and efficient supervisor who is having banking experience along with technical
skills must possess the below mentioned additional aspects
An effective banking supervisor should develop a working relationship with his/her team
members in order to accomplish the desired achievements of the organizations.
A banking supervisor always tries to communicate freely with their subordinate members
professionally and fluently. This will help to mitigate all types of issues that they are
facing in a banking organization (Wilkinson, 2013).
A good leader when tries to maintain their team members as partners then they are said to
be an effective banking leader. Moreover he/she must try to promote their subordinate
members.
He/she must try to motivate their team members in case of decision making, providing
different notions etc.
Effective banking leader must try to solve disputes in a neutral way, even though he/she
has any favorite participants.
He/she must attentively try to get into depth of the situation, and then try to react
accordingly.
Thus it can be said that an effective banking supervisor is one who always try to bring their team
members under one umbrella by knowing the source of the problem (Whitlock, 2015).
2. There is a huge difference between an average supervisor and an exceptional supervisor. The
average supervisor are normally satisfied with good and performance, where as the exceptional
supervisor always deserves better results and exceptional results. The exceptional supervisors
carry out their responsibility very well in compare to average supervisor. To be exceptional it
needs a lot of effort and struggle. There are various characteristics of average supervisor those
who work in the banking sector are enumerate below:-
An average supervisor has fear in risk taking, they takes things personally, not polite to
everyone.
They lacks in understanding that every people do not motivate in same things.

They lack in case of controlling power and do not go in depth in order to find out

For exceptional supervisor those who work in the banking sector they have a different working
style
An exceptional supervisor has no fear in risk taking, they do not take things personally,
polite to everyone.
They understands that every people do not motivate in same things.
They have good controlling power and goes in depth in order to find out problem
