generating the demands for its services. An effective business modelling will improve the air
trafficking system. Again, the air transportation system poses an impact on the tourism,
employees and the communities at the time of the transformation. Hence, the aim of the study
is to analyze the different business models used in the transformation of the airlines. This
would help in assessing the effectiveness of the most appropriate business models.
Interviewee
Primary data will be collected from the head of the business development of five
airlines. The interview would be conducted as per the convenience of the business heads. The
five airlines will be chosen due to their experience in the field of aviation. All the information

collected should be handled ethically and with confidentiality. The collected data will not be
used in another study.
Expected outcome
The experiences shared by the business head would be able to provide an insight to
the current business strategies in the airline business and will be able to locate the changes
that can be incorporated in the old business models to increase the profitability as well As
facilitating the tourism.
