Since from my childhood I was fond of travelling by air, I was always fascinated by different
airports thought the world. That provided me with an opportunity to see the different culture
and atmosphere of countries. Keeping an eye on aviation development throughout the years
and the growth of airports has always fascinated me. To get a better insight of aviation
industry studying at a recognised university providing courses is the key to success. Getting a
job at Lufthansa airlines in my aim and ultimately in my future goal is to manage an airport
for that I have chosen this course which has is combined with management elements of the
aviation industry. My selection in different jobs and managing them effectively show my
leadership skills. I have also received various rewards and recognition in the organisation in
which I am working. I also like to share my experience with others and motivate others in
doing the same. During the time of my Scholl, I also acted as a mentor of students in lower
years by talking to them about their progress. I was also a communication link between
student and staff for raising concerns of students and arranged meetings.
The other reason for choosing this career path is that I can use my interpersonal skills, as I
love to meet with new people and to communicate with them this will provide me a wide
range of people to interact and respond. During the time of employment, I have developed
excellent customer service skills and have always greeted customer warmly. I have also
worked at the front desk at a store and also communicated people through telephone, it
requires excellent listening skills as well as to disclose clearly and provide accurate
information which customers are looking. The feedback I got during this employment was
cheerful and sensible that make me proud about my skills. My bilingual language skills have
also provided me with an opportunity to interact with a wide range of people in the language
they are comfortable with that I consider a valuable asset when I will be working for an
international airport.

I also work very efficiently under work pressure also adhering to work ethics of the
organisation. Work pressure enabled me to develop time management skills and also have
maintained a 100% attendance during study and work. I also actively take part in
extracurricular activities during my education and my work. I play cricket and have also
represented my school in various sports. I used to be in scout where I had the opportunity to
fly a glider the experience was terrific and that also worked as a motivation for me to study
the course of the aviation industry. I further plan to take an active role during my course in at
the university. I understand that studying this course would not be easy and I am a
determined person willing to work as possible to achieve my desired goals.
