or runway entrance. It may take action to implement runway guard lights in each intersection to
runway path, which in turn provide benefit to reduce the current risk occurrence. Runway guard
lights may cater pilot benefit to watch out any element on path when they take off or land flights.
Along with this aviation industry may take more actions to rescue birds accidents when their
flights might be land and fly away in the sky. For example, bird detection system is the best
action that management may take to gain expect outcome and sustain venture for longer time

same in the companies that are operating and running their ventures into that. They may take
benefits of taking all the initiative as stated above and more, which in turn contribute to manage
business growth more than last few years or months that has been affected due to varied factors
whether it is external or internal.
The major thing that aviation industry may do is implementation of strategic models such
as safety promotion that support promoting useful approaches that individual candidate may
consider saving their and others lives. Along with them, it is necessary for other stakeholders to
consider each and everything, which move their steps and drive attention toward developing plan
and utilizing methods related to safety culture creation in work areas successful. By conducting
each practice in systematic manner, it may take pleasure of generating more revenue and
retaining skilled candidates in work areas.
