they offer services within the business. Therefore it is important for any of them to define special
instruments within their stipulated industry (Burrough and et. al, 2015). To support the value
added changes they are using of cloud computing. Information system is responsible for
supplying the organization with extra features and they need to recognize these so that they
might provide long-term advantages from using them. It can be accomplished by formulating
plans; as if successful initiatives are presented then achieving targets will become simple. This is
essential to have technology-related knowledge to increase their networking channel, which will
lead them to increase their sales and recognize their customers' real requirement. This represents
that both quick-term and lengthy-term goals can be achieved in an imperative fashion by

PAAS: Platform as a Service (PaaS) is a framework of cloud computing during which a third-
party provider consistently posts the hardware and software technologies necessary to grow
applications to customers via the internet. A PaaS company manages its own network for the
hardware and applications (Hendriks, 2013).
IAAS: Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) is an application server which provides internet-based
virtual servers computing power. IaaS, along with software and services (SaaS ) and platform as
a service ( PaaS), is one of the three components of the national cloud applications.
TASK 4
P5 Recommendations
It is proposed that Aviva should use digital technologies to operate in a way, as that
would help them rehearse their effectiveness. Since individuals produce their service providers in
separate retail outlets, it is required to build a good relationship with consumers, but this can be
accomplished in an acceptable way by the use of IT. The reasoning behind it all is that it has
become simple to transport out interaction using social networks. Aviva can also choose to have
its implementation to attract the interest of as many users as possible and make them easy. It is
suggested that investors install their method to protect much of any security flaws from entering
their system as regards network security. The reason is that when system is updated additional
innovations are introduced; this will deliver Aviva with improved aspects (Hitomi, 2017).
Accounting consulting compliance frameworks can be used by auditors, authorities,
analysts, market analysts and Aviva accounting professionals for the compilation, storage,
monitoring and implementation of financial information. Enterprise investigating language
governance may be used. It is a streamlined technology that can be used to improve opportunities
to talk the financial information. It is suggested that company must use different channels for the
ct with customers like social networking sites. In this include Google, face book, Amazon, EBay
and many others. Along with use effective model of the software in order to manage all the
activities and these models are SAAS, PAAS, IAAS and many others (Jaques, 2017).

CONCLUSION
From the above it can be reached the conclusion that perhaps the way they conduct out
their operational processes plays a crucial role in the information systems. In terms of capability,
preparation, data protection, working out again to their clients and several other variables, overall
IT would have a positive way inside the organisation. This will result them to volume growth
productivity, profitability and advance their competition as IT will facilitate their duties and
helps them in trying to meet their likely customers' needs. In addition, they can reduce redundant
costs involved with extra storage, repairs, or protection mechanisms via cloud infrastructure.
