This document presents an argument analysis outline concerning the privatization of Air Traffic Control (ATC). It identifies the overall argument in favor of ATC privatization as a means to modernize aviation industries through advanced technologies and improved time efficiency. The analysis breaks down the argument into five key claims, each accompanied by assumptions and supporting evidence. These claims address the varying stances on ATC privatization among American airlines and general aviation communities, the potential for adopting European and Canadian privatization models, the role of government involvement, the interests of organizations like NACTA, and the implementation of NextGen technology. Evidence is provided from sources such as FAA reports, air traffic statistics, and examples of international airport strategies to support each claim and its underlying assumptions. The outline concludes by highlighting FAA's efforts to improve air traffic systems through initiatives like ADSB implementation.

1ARGUMENT ANALYSIS OUTLINE
I. Overall point of the argument :
With the help of the ATC privatization the aviation industries are becoming modern day
by day with the help of the advanced technologies and are becoming more time efficient.
The overall report will be on the argument of the privatization of ATC.
II. Claims and Assumptions
Claim #1: Why is the American airline in favor of ATC privatization whereas other
general aviation communities are against ATC privatization.
Assumptions: All the airlines, which are present, should come and join the ATC
privatization debate as because the Delta Airline is also not in favor of the privatization.
Only the American airline is in favor with the privatization of ATC. The airlines, which
are in favor of the privatization of ATC, should come up with relevant proofs stating the
reason why they have decided the way in airlines success path.
Claim #2: Other European as well as Canadian airlines has adopted for the ATC
privatization, FAA can also adopt such changes in order to make ATC work more
efficiently.
Assumptions: The Canadian ATC has privatized the geographic region and has created a
notable difference between America and Canada. This has resulted in creating a
difference in the traffic conjunction and also in the number of the flights in those areas.
The Canada AT technology can also be tried in controlling the air traffic.
Claim #3: The involvement of the Government in the ATC privatization is due to the
federal institute.

2ARGUMENT ANALYSIS OUTLINE
Assumptions: If the Government does not support the change in the ATC privatization,
then it will be very hard to make any changes in the privatization. The Government
should take a step by providing appropriate funds in proper time.
Claim #4: NACTA is in the favor of the privatization of ATC in order to gain a flexible
working environment.
Assumptions: NACTA should be considering the general aviation traffic as because they
are enjoying all the benefits and the vacation packages.
Claim #5: The NextGen company is already implementing into the aviation industries
mostly in the general aviation aircrafts .
Assumptions: We are also in a process of using the NextGen technology because without
it the privatized airplanes would not operate in the year 2020.
III. Evidence and Support
1. Evidence and support for the claim #1: The FAA has operated the ATC system
for more than 80 years, but some congress wants to bring it to a private company
or non-profit organization. It is also seen thatfew airlines company want to take
over the control of the ATC system in order to save more money.
2. Evidence and support for the claim #2: There are many differences in the flights
between the American airspace and the Canadian airspace. In the year 2017there
were 406,030 aircrafts which had taken off and landed in 91 Canadian airport. In
the present year the number of take-offs in the flight is 475,000. Therefore ATC is
providing safety flying environment.

3. Evidence and support for claim #3: The Government should take a step in the
privatization of ATC as well as it should not let the air traffic control system in te
hands of the privatized companies. The Dubai international airport has adopted
the ATC controlling strategies. Pakistan runs its aviation industries with the help
of the private companies but are supervised and funded by Government agencies.
4. Evidence and support for claim #4: In the year 1981 7000 flights were canceled
by the air traffic control strike without any Government involvement. Therefore
NACTA is trying to take control over the air traffic system for their own benefits.
5. Evidence and support for claim #5: FAA is also trying to improve the air traffic
system by improving the ADSB mandatory under the US registered aircrafts by
the year 2020. This will make the air traffic system more safer and efficient.
