his organization has taken to promote Mexican avocadoes. The promotion of avocadoes
through online platforms is the most outstanding learning I gained from the case study.
AvoGuru is an outstanding invention that uses Facebook messenger to respond to questions.
AvoGuru allows the consumers of the avocadoes to gain the relevant information on when to
buy avocadoes, how to slow ripening, how to speed up ripening, and the best methods to
store the fruit so that it does not go bad. AvoGuru is aligned to the customers' needs since
although all the information was provided on the website, consumers preferred social
interaction with the avocado firm to acquire the information. Connecting with consumers to
provide the information they require consists of superior service quality, which is a
requirement by consumers.
Currently, many other social media platforms can enable the avocado firm to reach its
consumers. Over-reliance on Facebook messenger is not a wise idea. Over-reliance on one
social media platform is not a wise idea because there are some of your clients who are not on
Facebook messenger and require your services as well. Social media handles such as
Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Telegram are also among the mainstream social media
platforms that should be exploited while interacting with clients. The use of a variety of
social media platforms ensures that an organization can reach more consumers and also reach
more potential consumers. The use of multiple social media platforms ensures there is
inclusivity, and all the consumers feel that that they are part and parcel of an organization.
When all consumers are incorporated in an organization, they develop customer loyalty and
frequently purchase the products of that organization.
