INTRODUCTION
Academic plagiarism is referred to the illegal and unethical practices, it occurs when
someone repeatedly uses words written by another person more than four (Coughlin, 2015). The
present report is based on academic plagiarism and academic integrity importance in
professionalism in business environment. This study is analysed the entire essay in effective
manner and well-structured.
MAIN BODY
Plagiarism relevant in academic writing
Plagiarism is activity of taking someone else's ideas or work and transient them off as
one's own. In simple words, it is the term of copying another person words or pretending that it is
one's own idea. Person who plagiarize commit major ethical and legal violations, plagiarism is
illegal procedure of taking others work and present it like their own. There are different types of
academic misconduct, including plagiarism. It occurs when writer continuously use more than
five words from printed source without use of precise reference and quotation marks to actual
source in work presented as author's own investigation (Shin, Aiken and Aleccia, 2017).
Plagiarism is relevant in academic writing because it damages reputation of person how write the
words taken from other person work. In this writing it is very essential to know more about
plagiarism is and what form it takes, is also essential to know how it happens in academic
writing.
There are three types of plagiarism-
Direct plagiarism- it occurs when the author copy text of some other author, without use
of attribution, thus sharing it as their own, in this way its like complete plagiarism, but refer to
sections of another paper.
Complete plagiarism- it is one of the most severe type of plagiarism where person takes
a study or manuscript that someone else submits and created work under their name.
Source based plagiarism- plagiarism occur because of various kind of sources, for
example when writer references as source that is not existed and inappropriate it is misleading
citation. It is also occurred when investigator will use secondary source of information or data,
but cites only primary source of info.

academic setting. It is relevant to professionalism in business environment, while having this in
company management can build loyal and strong relationship with their workers (Rujoiu and
Rujoiu, 2014). Academic integrity is fundamental to learning, teaching a creative procedure,
ethical behaviour in business environment create spread positivity and enhance the performance
of work rather than before. In context of professional business environment, academic integrity
provide value to degrees of firms. For example, when employer hires some graduate person in
their company they respect its value and commit to provide better services with honest
behaviour. Further more, employer of multinational organizations prefer to hire applicants whom
they trust to have great personal integrity.
Lack of academic integrity impact on creative and positive business environment, it
damage the reputation and position of firms and reduce the loyalty of consumers towards them.
When graduate applicants in workplace cheat in course of academic exercise and behave
unethically. They lose the chance to learn and gain new experience of work which is beneficial
for their career growth in future while working in repudiated companies. Without having
academic integrity in work people cannot be able to gain greater experience of work and also it
do not allow them to perform honestly during competitive environment. Consequences for lack
of academic integrity for business impact on productivity and profitability of business. Affects
for cheating, unauthorized and plagiarism forms of academic dishonesty is very serious issue and
possibly include firing from large company.

In order to present the best work without plagiarism in academic writing while working
company, graduate candidates must apply different ways that helps to avoid plagiarism and

the current context written by the others' person, applicants can write their own ideas and point
of view based on specific subject of work. Individual do not need to copy or paste text from
reference paper, instead state idea in their own words. Person understand ideas of reference
method well in order to rephrase or paraphrase words appropriately. Furthermore, using quote is
the another way which has been use to avoid plagiarism. Person will use this to indicate that
word has been taken from another subject. They must identify what does not and does need to be
cited, it is considered as one of the best methods that helps to reduce plagiarism in academic
writing and helpful while working in well reputed organizations within specific sector.

academic writing as it impact on working abilities while doing job in large business. Through
internet people collect important information, but they can use it negatively and copy others
ideas as shows plagiarism. Furthermore, by using different ways in term to improve academic
writing, integrity and avoid plagiarism person will be able to contribute to create healthy
environment around workplace effectively.
