The present project is linked with moving the Queensland state branch office in Brisbane City,
consisting of twenty (20) management, administration and sales staff, to Eagle Farm and the
employees and project manager including Ben will be the major people associated with this
project. The project is useful because it will help AX to double up its production capability of
windows and doors in the best and every possible manner. The project is also significant because
it will assist in decreasing the storage and shipping cost of AX.

The purpose of present project is to reduce the cost of operations and increase the production
capacity of doors and windows for Ax.
2. Project scope
In terms of scope, it can be expressed that the project is expected to complete within a period of
next three months and within a budget of $250,000. The scope of this project is that it will help
AX in enhancing its overall effectiveness and production capabilities in the long-run. The office
area along with facilities such as kitchen and toilet will be modified (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017).
The scope of the current project is that here new furniture will be set up in the new office and
currently technology from AX’s Brisbane office will be bought here.
