providing safety and security. This helps in improving well-being of individuals. Axa health is

providing private benefits by taking regular and premium treatment. The main purpose and goals

purpose values and vision, 2022). Further more The company is committed with fostering the
progress for achieving and implementing good practices. As by adopting various actions
including the Axa heart in action helps in preventing and work for the issues related to heart, its
research funds established for fighting against the climate changes for achieving better results in
embracing its social responsibilities with protecting individual for achieving goals (Craig, 2020).
Thus regularly practising and adopting various practise help the company in achieving the goals
and objectives for protecting various individual, societies and the business.

follow this act to avoid any kind of legal as well as ethical issue, this company provide same

Axa group is one of the largest group in the world, this group already well known for its ethical
management process. Axa health promote social changes and justice by providing insurance
service to individual, this follow every ethical and legal guideline provided by the company to
ensure they meet the requirement of customer.
There are number of ethical guideline followed by the company but still they follow their
own ethical practice as well to ensure they become more responsible towards society and interest
of individual. Later this report has discussed different public policy and legislation that allow
them to adopt societal requirement, this company was active with government in improving

health care sector. This company followed certain policy for example Modern Slavery Act,
Equality Act and Disability Discrimination Act to ensure they avoid any kind of illegal or
hurting activity that impact individual. At last this report has discussed two forms of social
