assessment type. This section is effective in providing detailed analysis over the issue as per the
own analysis or study basis. This part of a project plays vital role in describing the gains that are
attained by an individual through execution of work in proper manner. This area is based on four
different aspects i.e. overall project assumption, ethics and value, time management and learning
from experience and moving forward. The suitable contribution of all these aspect helps in
developing an effective reflective portfolio.
1. Assumptions
The project into consideration is based on identifying requirements elicitation for

model which helps the firm, in improvising its operations at larger level and make it easy for the

business to establish connection with other organisations, suppliers, manufacturer for providing
effective services and products to the end users. The study also explore my knowledge base in
developing my capabilities to identify the challenging factors that impacted over the functions
and operations of firm. From this particular report I have been found that it is also essential for a
business to reduce conflicts and errors in order to betterment of organisations operations and
firm. This also create value for the firm in enhancing the image of firm. I have also recognise
that there is a tool double loop learning which helps in resolving the challenges that may
impacted over the operations and functions of an organisation. Double loop learning majorly
entails the alteration of objectives, goals and decision-making norms in the light of experience.
The first loop uses the goals and decision-making regulation, the second loop enables their
modifications, here-forth the double loop learning is based on these two aspects. This was

significantly applied by business, thus according to this a leader is employees over the
employees and the workers are liable to report the leader regarding the operations, thus the

decisions that plays vital role in reducing the chances of errors and conflicts. In this skilled and
well experienced people are appointed to make suitable decision and majorly organisational
higher authority is the part of this learning, which support the working of organisation in
effective manner. From this particular report I have been realise that it is essential for a business
to analysing the current requirement of the business and implement suitable measures to

operations. From the analysis of the project I have been consider that it is required for a business
to implement suitable aims and objectives that are based on organisational ethics and values, thus
this also plays vital role in describing the motive of firm in effective manner. As the descriptive
analysis of the project I have been recognise that aims and objectives are predetermined
statements which signifies the key motive of firm in effective manner, and these are effective in
assisting the overall organisational operations in effective manner. I have also been realise that
organisations should consider business ethics and values while designing aim and objectives and
these are requires to be based on corporate social responsibility in respect to avoiding decision
that could possibly harm the organisation and society. From the analysis of the project I have
been observed that, with this study my personal understanding regarding ethics and norms are
developed which can be applied by me in my future aspects and these are also effective for me in
analysing the decisions that are taken by the managers or higher authority of the firm in proper
manner. The proper knowledge regarding the personal values is essential for an individual to
protect their rights, this also create value for the firm or an individual in maintenance of smooth
flow of functions and operations.
