in more than 85 countries and a fleet of more than 1000 aircrafts. In the following project report,
an attempt has been made to analyse the impact of external environment factors on the
operations and decision-making of British Airways. The report also aims to determine the
influence and relevance of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability on the policy
making of British Airways and evaluate the response of the organisation to provide suitable and
appropriate recommendations.
