In this report it has been concluded the statistics of the chosen organization and their
employment availability which had an impact on the Tesco's productivity. This included the
skills which helped the employees to know about the workplace culture and their productivity for
their products. It also concluded the recommendations for the CEO for the recruitment the right
people for the particular jobs. The recommendations are about the strategies for them to show
their creativity in the time of hiring and proper descriptions about the particular job.

The CEO of the TESCO must need to specify their strategies because the success of an
organization is depends upon the hiring the better talent for the growing their business. They
need to start with their career page for the opportunities for the recruiters to show their culture
