INTRODUCTION
Business research method id the practical study that aims to find out the truth for business
phenomena and tackles the real life business problem through having gathering data and
applying from the different specific methods. This report will explain about the specific issues of
the interview and overview of the interview. Also, evaluate about description of analysis process
and finding. Along with this also discuss reflection on the process of analysis and interviewing.

An interview
Interviewer- hello, sir “how do you feel one of the entrepreneur of entire organization,?
Interviewee- Not exactly successful but my business undertaking. I have achieved something to
fulfil dreams and something achieves but need some more for achieving the target.
Interviewer- when did you get the ideas about for doing the business in this particular field?
Interviewee- This idea have come from the childhood and used to do small business at native
place. While I have involved various partner in business and after I need to think about my own
business firm. That’s how I get an idea to start my own business and earn profits.
Interviewer- About your educational journey?
Interviewee- after completing education, I have joined the job and I have no interest on doing
such kind of work. I dropped the college and went to other college so that could help me for
developing future growth.
Interviewer- what process do you need to do business?
Interviewee- I took dealership brands of various businesses and I had started my own business.
As, where I can used to conduct houses, and for general people.
Interviewer- what is your business speciality?
Interviewee- we believe the customer satisfaction. The organization believes in developing
employee satisfaction and keeps the customer with long stay. Along with this, provide customer
with selling high quality products.
Interviewer- Do you have any close competitors against your business?

Interviewee- Still not yet, but those who are working as competitors they are working with more
strategies.
Interviewer- motivator is the most important factor for an entrepreneurship. Who motivate or
encourage doing business?
Interviewee- Yes, I got huge support from my Family member and employee that make me full
support business.
Finding and analysis
Approaching with the entrepreneur, interviewer has asked various questions which help
interviewee for knowing about their working experience. Interviewee replied to all question very
comfortably and he was also reading and having the dream for succession of business. In
research, systematic review analysis methods have been used and this could make the research
for working with using different methods (Al-Ghazali and Afsar, 2021). The further suggestion
about the self-efficiency reliably predicts scope of considered with the perseverance in difficult
fields and personal effectiveness. While the relationship between the career choice and self-
efficiency that has been established with the career theory. A longitudinal study approaches
which follows about the individual overtime and the best way for understanding the process for
becoming the entrepreneur. Those respondents were only about the consisted of entrepreneur and
recommendated with the better result. Theory for planned and career development with having
role finding background the roles of human capital theory (Saptono And et.al., 2021). Within the
business research, entrepreneurship is defined about the process of discovery, evaluation of
opportunities to produce the goods and services. While scholars also argue about the positive
influence of entrepreneurship that starts-up the join creation and succeed for having potential to
create the better job opportunities if guided to the effective policies. Moreover, about the
entrepreneur skills that have been emphasized about the respond the new opportunities resulting
from having technology changes. This could be also seems that result for research conducted
proved that the instrumental readiness which have the positively effect on the entrepreneurship
intention (Kisubi, Korir and Bonuke, 2021). While this also important for knowing about how
usually concepts for working and having their more effectively that can easily ensure for effect
the intention. Research results about the information and knowledge which does not affect the
form of social network and does not affect the interest of entrepreneurship research, this might be
important for knowing about other people and ensure them for having knowledge about various

effective things and support he existing environment. Along with this also come to know about
that small business which helps people for earning huge profits and this also ensure them for
working with high quality of products and services. Interviewee have also discuss about the quite
able to encourage increasing interest to entrepreneurship so that it could required to effort the
further enhance instrument for the development of their new business (Zhang And et.al., 2021).
While the significant about the role of entrepreneurship self-efficiency which states more about
the importance contribution of systematic and social cognitive theory. Theory that basically
planned about the behaviour and entrepreneurship carer with having knowledge about
development theory and this could play the effective role through which the practical business to
realise about the entrepreneurship career. This is also important for taking decision and come to
know about how usually, they are required for working with having the entry of capital,
networking and information about some new business. The indicator that, provide the greatest
contribution for having confidence to start business and meaning for students in having the
ability to do work (Liu And et.al., 2021). Among other ability for the self- entrepreneurship that
can expressed for making decision that have high entrepreneur self-efficiency that will encourage
for increasing intention and behaviour. Results more about the conducted proved more that
entrepreneurship positively affects on entrepreneurial intention. According to global
entrepreneurial meaning, in phase of someone that will take the decision to continue, expand
their business or career entrepreneurial to go out for business. This could also play the effective
role through which entrepreneurial have become the important part and come to know about how
usually they can work and make their business for working with long term (Kisubi, Bonuke and
Korir, 2021). While having such things this is also important for preparing towards networking
and information knowledge in the business.
Reflection
I think that interviewee have given all answered accordingly or related with their life. As having
such things I have also analysed that while having such things interviewee can easily get their
information and knowledge about how they are required for doing such things. Interviewee has
given the example how they are inspired and how they have started their business life and how
actively they are working with employee (Díaz, 2021). As the research which also belongs with
having entrepreneur self-efficiency and this could play the effective role through which the
people come to know about how business activities that can perform well. While having such

things I have also analysed that how to come with knowing about various business activities and
how they are performing with having huge strategies. I have also analysed that while conducting
the interview that could good and nice section and this could also keep n knowledge about those
activities which ensure for better growth and development. I have also come to know about
various concepts of entrepreneur and how they are working with having some effective and good
activities (Younis And et.al., 2021). This is also helpful for taking some right decision towards
the business activities. The experience about the interview is all about more future growth and
also helpful for development about various information and knowledge. This could also help me
for knowing about how I should have to work and make sure for having well growth and
development process through which I can easily come to know about various effective things.
Along with this I have also analysed about various business terms and many other business ideas
about how the people can set up their business and how usually they are working for having the
profits. In developing more about various activities and business terms while this include more
about those further terms which can create the estimated for growth. While having such things I
have also analysed that entrepreneur self-efficiency which is important and this could include
those effective goals and objective for completing the target as given (Lubada, Kusumojanto and
Indrawati, 2021). Interviewee has also identified about the employee who keeps them for
working and always tries to have the support and this could help them for knowing about future
growth.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it had been concluded that, entrepreneur self-efficiency research have
been discussed and conducted the interview with the business man. Along with this more about
which types of methods and reviews that have been used for making the research. While having
such things this could also include more about various other activities and how this can help for
data analysis.
