phenomena and tackles the real life business problem through having gathering data and
applying from the different specific methods. This report will explain about the specific issues of
the interview and overview of the interview. Also, evaluate about description of analysis process
and finding. Along with this also discuss reflection on the process of analysis and interviewing.

Interviewer- hello, sir “how do you feel one of the entrepreneur of entire organization,?
Interviewee- Not exactly successful but my business undertaking. I have achieved something to
fulfil dreams and something achieves but need some more for achieving the target.
Interviewer- when did you get the ideas about for doing the business in this particular field?
Interviewee- This idea have come from the childhood and used to do small business at native
place. While I have involved various partner in business and after I need to think about my own
business firm. That’s how I get an idea to start my own business and earn profits.
Interviewer- About your educational journey?
Interviewee- after completing education, I have joined the job and I have no interest on doing
such kind of work. I dropped the college and went to other college so that could help me for
developing future growth.
Interviewer- what process do you need to do business?
Interviewee- I took dealership brands of various businesses and I had started my own business.
As, where I can used to conduct houses, and for general people.
Interviewer- what is your business speciality?
Interviewee- we believe the customer satisfaction. The organization believes in developing
employee satisfaction and keeps the customer with long stay. Along with this, provide customer
with selling high quality products.

interviewee for knowing about their working experience. Interviewee replied to all question very
comfortably and he was also reading and having the dream for succession of business. In
research, systematic review analysis methods have been used and this could make the research
for working with using different methods (Al-Ghazali and Afsar, 2021). The further suggestion
about the self-efficiency reliably predicts scope of considered with the perseverance in difficult
fields and personal effectiveness. While the relationship between the career choice and self-
efficiency that has been established with the career theory. A longitudinal study approaches
which follows about the individual overtime and the best way for understanding the process for
becoming the entrepreneur. Those respondents were only about the consisted of entrepreneur and
recommendated with the better result. Theory for planned and career development with having

about how the people can set up their business and how usually they are working for having the

working and always tries to have the support and this could help them for knowing about future
