paper, we are going to introduce a new baby monitor technology which has not yet entered into
the china market. The new technology developed with the feature of the portable battery which
can easily carry by a parent in their home. Apart of it, the newly developed baby monitor also
have multiple cameras by which parent can easily track the movements of their child.
Organization Design
The company is going to introduce new technology in the market, so the matrix organizational
structure is used in order to introduce the technology successfully in the Chinese market. It is the
permanent organizational structure which is used by the company to achieve the specific by
