Business plan is defined as a description in the form of a written document which involve
what necessary plans to be made and how it should be done. There are different elements which
are considered in formulating a business plan and these are an executive summary, products and
services which they will offer, market analysis, a marketing strategy and setting up a budget
according to which further plans are initiated(Ohlhausen and Langen,2021). The below report
includes type of business and its name, what kind of products they offer, porters five forces
model, target audience, advantages of buying such products, mission, competitors and why
business is better than its competitors. It also includes how customers get to know about specific
business, how customers gets encouraged, amount of capital needed , necessary plan for doing
promotion and how business will operate its products and services. The below report is based on
Bake and Love which is located in South Ealing area.
MAIN BODY
Types of business and name: -
The type of business is a bakery business and its name is Bake and Love.
Products and services offered:-
The company will offer products like sandwiches, cakes, pizza and it also offers home
delivery services.
Porter's five forces model: -
It is a method which is used in analysing overall competition. There are five forces which
are included in this model and these are threat of new entrants, threat of substitute products,
bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers and competitive rivalry. The porter's
model in context with Bake and Love is been explained as below:- Threat of new entrants: - It means that when any company enters in the market it affects
the company marketing position as their competition will get increased. In context with
company the threat of new entrants were low as their economy of scale was low. Threat of substitute products: - It is defined as other products can be used in place of
company products. In terms of business, there are many competitors who deal in bakery
products which affects them in a major way and it creates a threat to them. Bargaining power of suppliers: - In this case it is determined that how easy suppliers
power is that they can increase their prices because there are very less suppliers in the

market and they had to deal with them only. In case of company, suppliers didn't have
much power due to the developed markets and there were many suppliers available who
offers bakery products at a low price. Bargaining power of buyers: - It means how powerful a customer is that they can
purchase a product at low price and make effective deals. In accordance with company
buyers were able to ask for low prices as there are lot of small bakeries also so they can
purchase products from any other bakery. Competitive rivalry: - There are many competitors available in market and it can be a
threat to company because both buyers and suppliers can make their deals with any other
company also. In case of Bake and Love, they faced lot of competition as there were
many small bakeries(Shan and et.al, 2021).
Target audience: -
Mainly the target audience of company was those consumers who mostly travels in South
Ealing area and are concerned about certain bakeries.
Benefits from products and services: -
There are many bakery products which are beneficial for consumers because there are
various products which include high fibre which is effective for health. It provides a multi-grain
bread. They also offer sugar free products also which satisfies many customers who had certain
health issues.
Mission: -
The mission of Bake and Love business is to establish a bakery in such a way that it
provides best quality baked food products and create a clean and friendly environment for all
employees as well as clients(Peasah and et.al, 2021).
Competitors: -
The main competitors were Batory foods, WILD flavours, Cargill bakery business.
Why your business is better than competitors: -
Bake and Love was better than their competitors because they offered good quality
products in comparison to its competitors and provided their baked products at low prices by
focusing on their small businesses.

Bake and Love operated their products by offering them free stuff of foods at other
counter and also started a website on which customers can place their order.

From the above report it is concluded that for an effective business it is necessary to have
a good business plan through which organisation can achieve success. It is necessary to set up a
proper budget and amount of capital which will be required by businesses.
